  • In this video I explore the beautiful mountainous scenery of Cap Formentor in the north-east corner of Mallorca in Spain's Balearic Islands.
I start with some over under photography of the sea and beach at Playa Formentor and then visit some of the iconic travel photography locations including the viewpoint of Es Colomer for some coastal landscape photography.

Great video Tom. Really enjoyed the intro to over and under and the drive along the coast. Great scenery!

Great video Tom. My wife and I are looking at getting the water dome for the GoPro when we go to Fiji next year. Your pics looks great out of it. Doesn't look like you had trouble with droplets on the top half, or did you coat it with something so the water rolled off? Thanks for sharing.

Hi Adrian, Fiji, you lucky man! The dome port in this vid is the Telesin 6" dome. I haven't coated it but I did lose some images to excessive water smear. I think it depends mostly whether you are using it in a depth of water you can stand in. If so then it's easy to keep it dry. If you need to swim while holding it to get to the spot where you want to take the image, or have to tread water while taking the shot, then it's very difficult to keep it out of the water. So coating it is a good idea and something I will probably do. Point to note this dome only works with GoPro, my Osmo Action doesn't fit in it!
