I have never watched and listened to a SONA before but lmaoooo I love how he pretty much threw away his script not even halfway through his speech and started speaking in Tagalog. The first part of the SONA felt weird cause I wasn't used to him speaking straight up English and being so formal but I started laughing so hard after he disregarded his script. I was like 'Finally! That's the Duterte I know' 😂
