    Such a great tutorial! I have a suggestion for your yt videos. Put as many tags as you can. Example: #air roll rocket league, #tutorial rocket league air roll.

      Thank you! I try to get as many relevant tags I can. But I will keep that in mind.

    Very nice video, thanks for all the explanations :) When I try to do the drills, e.g. going up and down the filed, I tend to loose control of my speed, whereas you kept a slow pace. So my lackout moments are mostly getting to fast and crashing the walls. Did you experience this while learning and have any tips or is it just something that comes with time and practice?

    • @rlcoachshazanwich
      @rlcoachshazanwich  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      There aren’t any tips really. Just know that if you are blacking out. That that is perfectly okay and everyone goes through that. Blacking out just means you are getting better. If not getting better than you are atleast pushing yourself. I blacked out THOUSANDS of times. I FAILED A LOT. More than you can probably comprehend. It’s really hard and takes months to get good at. But the more you invest in it. The better you’ll get at it. But in order to get there you are going to have to push through those blackout moments. There is no “get good fast” when it comes to this. You just need to put in the work.

      @@rlcoachshazanwich Yeah I also see it that way and like you pointed out in your video, failing means learning. Thanks for the answer :)

    thanks man, did you learn directional air roll flying with memorizing all the inputs consciously or muscle memorizing them unconsciously. and which would you have preferred to learn now that you're better.

    • @rlcoachshazanwich
      @rlcoachshazanwich  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I learned my DAR unconsciously through repetition. I used my eyes and my hands to navigate the difficult movements through tons and tons of repetition. So my hands and brain would conflict with each other for a long time until my brain finally adapted and learned what it was doing wrong. Nowadays due to lots of practice and repetition, control the car without even thinking about it to the point all the hand movements became muscle memory. So instead of memorizing, I just used my eyes to correct it and aerial car control just became a feeling more than anything else. For which one would I have done? I still think my method of just doing lots of reps until your brain stops hurting is the best way to do it. The other way takes too much mental capacity I don’t have and doesn’t encourage you to actually learn it properly IMO. Gotta learn by doing not thinking.

      Definetly makes sense man, it’s like the time where I didn’t even know how to play piano with 2 hands. Felt like a Merc was flip resetting on my brain till it stopped and became a part of me like you said. After seeing your latest montage damn right i’ll take that advice keep it up you’re doing great.
