Of course that completely overlooks the really important aspect. That Coach Saban felt that Milroe offered the team the best opportunity possible for success last season and so far Coach DeBoer hasn’t changed anything. It’s not a conspiracy, it’s simply how it is.

Milroe has great athleticism and mechanics. He’s a team leader.
His only problem is he doesn’t have the QB IQ. He doesn’t make the correct reads. He doesn’t go through his progressions. He panics under pressure.
Good snaps n competent play calling would have helped with his development sorry you can't see that or be honest about Rees not doing his job masking the offense weaknesses. Milroe leadership puts him above Ty plus his accomplishments on the field

Jalen is going to be better than Lamar Jackson. He is already better than Lamar at Louisville. Jalen is bigger, stronger and just as dangerous running the ball. I believe Jalen has a better arm than Lamar. And Lamar can throw the football! Jalen has never had an offensive coordinator or quarterback coach who believed in him. Bill O’Brien told Jalen, he should change positions. And Tommy Rees didn’t appear to believe in him either. Until it was obvious, he was the only capable quarterback of the roster after the South Florida game. Jalen is going to put on his show this season and dominate the league. I hope they keep picking Alabama to stumble out of the gate. Jalen has been tested and he is ready and everybody will know it come late September! You will be severely disappointed by seasons end! KD stated recently that JM has to learn the offense and operate within it, he also mentioned, and I'm paraphrasing, They can't spend weeks learning one play JM has to be able to learn offense and know what every other position should be doing on any given play. That's KD telling JM spending a week to learn one play, meaning receivers, OL, RB isn't going to cut it. JM is NOT going to be able to RUN KD'S OFFENSE! A-DAY should have told you this, by week 4 they will run out of tricks for JM and the offense will become stagnant, write this in stone.

Context isn’t excuses. Srry if you can’t differentiate. Had the most lackluster WR core since ‘11, o-line gave up the most sacks in a single season since Saban’s been the coach, the least talented RBs since Saban took over. Finished 6th in the Heisman race, a better TD/INT than Ewers (Ewers had 2 1st round WRs) with a higher QBR/passing % while having 10 more total TDs than Beck (Beck had a TE/WR go within the 1st 34 picks)/ the same amount of INTS. I didn’t see Milroe hit 4 DB’s hands/chest in the SECCG unlike Beck. Beck also didn’t win the SECCG MVP like Milroe did. Easily the best QB in the country.
