Sir according to your figure E1 - E2 is right . Because E1 is higher energy state and E2 is lower energy state .

If we talk about radiation absorbed then it will be E1-E2
but we are taking about radiation emitted so it will be E2-E1

1. Who easily understand
2. Who try to understand but not able to get our point easily
3. Who don't want to understand just need attendance
I always focus on 2nd one and try explain them
