Liked the last house, the side yard was a little narrow, loved how the bottom stairs were rounded

Im looking at those back yards and am extremely happy to of bought an older home built in the early 80s.
Never considered my lot large until now. My small side yard is bigger than those.

It will be the new norm here in Vegas, homes will be more expensive and the homeowners will get less and less for their money.

Most definitely!
I remember homes being built in the early 2000 that were more like detached condos than single family homes. I know you've seen them most had single or tandem garages. The lot was literally 3ft from the back wall and the homes were only about a car width apart from each other.
I believe they were "liberty" communities I don't remember the builder.

What in the world is being built behind these homes? Huge apt building? Between that and being so close to the new casino,woukd be a deal killer...on the last model, the buyers of each home better be able to get along with that side yard butting up to other home. Is this even legal???
With interest rates up I know there is a real concern in Northern Nevada with buyers being able to afford a new home...

You're absolutely right I was born and raised in Las Vegas and these home prices are insane. Better off moving to the northwest houses are cheaper and bigger.

What is the above sea elevation of Upton? Is it the same as Summerlin, 3500ft?
