You guys are missing the island life. I have been living in the U.S.A. since 1976 and have only been back a few times for vacation to the Philippines. Autumn and Winter can be quite depressing especially when you have to get out in the cold. You oughta look for other Filipinos who live nearby so you can continue to experience the culture (and food!). Hopefully, you will be able to go back to island life one day in the near future! Stay safe and healthy meanwhile!

I understand you perfectly. I feel the same even though I haven't been to the Philippines yet, but I've been planning to go for 2 years. Unfortunately, I don't have the courage to leave on my own. In Poland, I have a house, cars, a good job and my own company, but it won't bring happiness. I prefer to have less but be happy and I hope that one day I will be in the Philippines.

Then earn good fore to stay in the philippines for good .and for me i feel its unfair yo bring my daughter here cause i imight tqke some part of her that she loved most..qnd here its different that kids is like have q limited space .no kids outside to play with.outdoors to enjoy the weather..the sun food.,mqrkets .qnd neighbors to talk..living in q cold country youll feel like your in a prison..qlways stay indoors limited qctivities or things to so how much more for kids...some bloggers said that too and warned. The cost of living in the Philippines is much cheaper compared to living in European countries. Also, the Philippines' school system is world class. The Philippines has produced many professionals who qualified to work in the US, UK and Canada.

Specially this season.. christmas 🎄. Youll be haunt.and miss the streets of philippines..malls ,tours, roadtrip,beach,food even the taling withneighbors.fiestas.thats what we feel when we work away from philippines..you will feel more xcted before the plane tire touches the ground of mnila airport.as if you want to get out the airport immediatly to see malls food even the traffic youll miss philippines.and street food.i remember a US marine .got homesick when he goes back to US.. bcoz in US u cant talk to neighbors youcant see children playing on the streets..and in cold countries it may be quite its bcoz its so cold outside that hinders you to stop or have activities
Samal Davao is safe also for foreigners but if you can stay very safe in the Philippines. Try to stay in Surigao City or Siargao Island is my recommend to you jelena.
It takes time its just like a gf or bf separation, you should put away stuff that reminds you of davao and you should keep busy. Keep busy.
I can relate When I worked for the first time abroad , the first months was so difficult , i missed the Philippines so much its a terrible feeling but as time goes on and I've udjusted but still different

Some time we have to make a hard decision specially for the future of our children, education is the most hang in there you will be fine.
Your kids reminded me of me and my siblings. When we first immigrated to the United States in California I was 6 years old then. We couldn’t stop crying because we missed our cats, dogs, Family and Friends. I have gone back and lived in The Philippines on two separate occasions now on family farm in the province. I want to retire there before I’m 55 years old. I still consider it home. I miss the ocean and beach there a lot.

To cheer us up for first Christmas in America my father brought our family to the Sierra Mountains to Experience snow for the first time… Thats the day I realized I hated snow and the cold haha. I stepped out the van and looked around feel the snow then went back in the van. I hated the cold hahah

What I hear from you, is a little bet hard to understand, because the German Government take cares of your family, you have a nice apartment. Compare to the place you have in Samar Island.
If you go back to Philippines financial you struggle. I believe the only solution is to increase your subscriber, and tell your viewers not to skip the commercial. Maybe if you get another 100k subscribers. It might work financially because you will lost your government help from Germany.

You might have to find a job over in the Phils. There are plenty of companies you can apply... bring the family together and stay in the right place or community of good people...
