I feel like out of every world this has been his biggest one. Not only because the field was stacked but i feel like he was beginning to believe what everyone was saying and that he was washed up. Sure hes still had a good season but not many wins and i seriously think he was questioning his ability this year on wether he can still compete or not. Thats why he was so emotional when he did win because he proved alot of people wrong and not only did he prove them wrong he did it hurt. The dude is a beast and hands down the best our sport has seen this far.
He seems to have singlehandedly invented what a professional disc golfer is, and without him I don’t think we’d see the level of play we do now. He’s given people a target to aspire to, so pulled pro disc golfs skill level up with him.

I do root for the underdog every year for majors, but I cannot deny that this man has worked his ass off every year since he started and deserves every win that he has. He's a classy, funny guy and I will never feel sour when he wins anything.

This is somewhat besides the point of the video, but what's the story behind Barelas score card at 5:45? On the lead card and then shooting 7 OVER thru 5? I've only recently started following the scene and AB is one of my favourite players.
That was Worlds, 2019. Go back and give it a watch. Great footage. It was brutal watching AB fall apart the way he did. Final round jitters definitely got to him. He made a statement this year though with his strong finish at Worlds last weekend. Trying to run it down from chase card.
Climo we're best at his time if he would play now he would get his ass kicked so it quite unfair to compare Paul and Ken. It's good this sport has grown so much in so little time.
Climo is the bill Russell of disc golf and Mcbeth is the Jordan. Paul's so good he announced a new disc to celebrate his 6th title before world's even started.
@@mawage666 Gossage played amazing. I feel like he just choked under pressure. Overall his game was way better than Paul. He had nervous low puts that hurt him. And ultimately I think the nerves got to him. He should have won. I wouldn’t be more surprised if we see more wins from him as he gets used to that winning pressure.
