The m60 fires the NATO standard 7.62x54mm cartridges unlike the rpd which uses soviet designed 7.62x39mm m43 ammunition which is the same as the AK47 Though it doesn't fully resemble an m60 and doesn't function exactly like one because the m60 uses a semi bullpup design similar to that of the german FG42 and fires a different caliber, its the closest you can get to making an m60 replica in codm I hope they add the actual m60 machine gun to the game since its already in black ops cold war and warzone
Tbh they were mainly adding Modern Warfare weapons to the game with spinkles of Black ops weapons in there. The only Black ops weapons are the Locus, Outlaw, D13 - Sector, S36, Type 25, and PDW - 57. (I may have missed some because I don't remember every gun off the top of my head)
