I really appreciate this video thankyou Kate and to all. Is anyone able to join these sessions? Four Agreements is great, simple yet profound truths and pactices. SO much going on energetically! My guides told me to take more shorter breaks more often throughout the day as it's a tripple whammy for me recovering from medical treatments and going through all these energetic changes, getting upgrades and being so highly sensitive. Solar flares really affecting me too, I had a throbbing headache yesterday - unbearable! I "cried out" out to my guides, I said please!! I imagined a "helmut" on my head absorbing the pressure and tension and asking it to give me protection and it dissolved, just like that - what a relief! I love that SA accent, you'll end up with an interesting accent I think Kate. Thanks lovely, great video, I'm glad you made it and shared it - very supportive for the rest of us. 🙏💗
