- Welcome to this ASMR psychology test video, where you can relax and discover your attachment style while enjoying a soft spoken, soothing atmosphere. This attachment pattern test guides you through a series of questions and prompts designed to help you understand your emotional connections and relationships.
In this ASMR experience, you’ll be gently prompted to reflect on your experiences and feelings, allowing you to uncover which attachment style you lean towards most.
By the end of the test, you will gain valuable insights into your relationship patterns and how they affect your interactions with others. Whether you're familiar with attachment theory or new to the concept, this video is perfect for understanding yourself on a deeper level.
SCORING
There are 3 rounds with 14 questions each. For every statement that is true to you, write down the number 1. The maximum total per round is 14.

For anybody wondering: You can change attachment style through your life, as you grow as a person and either become more emotionally in tune with yourself and others, or more confident in yourself. Your nature is not set in stone. You can become secure, but first you need to be secure in yourself and that means getting to know yourself.

Wow, I scored a zero on the avoidant attachment style! I've always known my attachment style is pretty secure (I scored an 11) but the anxious was higher than I expected at 9. While this makes my communication skills top notch, I definitely know I need to work on being secure in my own self-worth without needing it from my partners. I think highly of myself, but for some reason it can still be hard for me to believe other people will recognize my worth. This was a fun one, thanks!

Ffs that fourth attachment - didn't see it coming. But it hit right through and through. I was a bit confused at my high scores kinda everywhere - and that last type answered the question. The last part hit so hard it almost made me cry. Thank you very much for that. Being kind to ourselves is not always easy...

Round A, anxious attachment style. 11, what you said is accurate.
Round B, secure attachment style. 1, NOT GOOD VERY BAD! But I am aware of this so I stay out of relationships.
Round C, Avoidant Attachment style. 9, this is the not the highest I scored but I would still say the most accurate in what you said.
Secret attachment style 4 unlocked: disorganized. This is THE one for sure felt like you read my soul.
Safe to say the overall answer for me is Disorganized

After taking the test and you went through A, B, and C I was talking to myself about how I think im more of a disorganised attachment style, because I relate to A and C a lot and I've also thought I've had it for a long time. Then seconds later you mention disorganised attachment style and how it's a mix of A and C😂.
My attachment style is simple... Anyone who gives me minimal attention is a potential life partner

Just fyi, when you go to the left side of the screen, the audio goes to the right side and vice versa. That being said, your voice for soft spoken asmr is top notch!

Pretty accurate I'd say? Very low scores for everything (does that mean anything specific?) but Round B made me reallyyy happy (I've always felt that my relationship with my girlfriend is the healthiest I've ever experienced because we've both grown up with the _polar opposite_ of healthy and have worked very hard to cultivate our relationship and our home into a space where we're safe and secure to be ourselves as individuals, but also as two people that love each other very deeply. We've taken all the damaging aspects of our relationships in the past and used that as a guide of what we _don't want_ for our future and for our kids. It's worked really well and I've never been more grateful)
I still have a lot to work on but this made a little knot in my chest untie. I might be an anxious person, but my communication skills have almost benefited from it in a way- I'm proud of us, which makes me a little teary to say but it's true :)
This video was great!! I got to reflect _and_ relax to some degree which I appreciate so much (since that's not easy for me at all haha)

This doesn't surprise me xD it's so weird being confident in my partner, not being worried they'll leave, and being able to communicate in a healthy way, but not want to be emotionally vulnerable. I'm so used to taking care of myself that the idea of relying on or opening up so much to one person feels horrifying to me. I love flirting, but the moment someone calls me a pet name or tries to kiss me, my brain goes on red alert 🚨 😅

Sounds like slap bang in the middle, but I don't think that's where I lie with attachment styles. Having said that, the disorganised attachment style sounds most like me

I would wait a bit. There are some questions that you could reinterpret and apply to other situations, but for the most part this determines your attachment behavior by analyzing how you behave with one partner
