It’s amazing to fix the face with such a small piece of masking tape. The effect is cool. The repainted colour helps to bring out the textures and details on the body. Great job!
The fixed Moon Knight looks great when he is standing alone. Although Moon Knight seems to be a bit dark when he is comparing with the original one, he is more appealing and attractive.
The way you fixed the mask is astonishing. I think I would just simply draw the missing strip because the face is too small. But, you used a clip to place a thin strip on the face to make the mask screen accurate. Your fixing needs a steady hand and high degree of care. The thin strip fit in the mask perfectly. Good job!
tbh I like the fact that Moon Knight is so much darker than Mr. Knight, to me, it reflects the grittier and darker tones of Moon Knight's story, so I think it looks great, you did an amazing job at capturing that grittier feeling, even if it was unintentional
I've been watching your videos for a little over a month now and I am very impressed with you work on these figures. You dioramas are great, it would be great to see your displays as a whole. Great work
Top for painting/adding washes: after you give your figure a bath and dry it off, spray it with a matte coat. It gives the paint something to grab onto and an even surface. Then, after painting, do another matte coat to lock everything down.
Oh you’ve done a fantastic job! He looks so real now you’ve worked your magic on him. Every time I watch your videos , I get so tempted to try a similar project myself. Seriously, awesome job.
I think Moon Knight having a different shade from Mr. Knight is actually a good thing, tho they share the same body they're both different mentally Moon Knight is more brutal and aggressive which is also reflective in his choice of weapons the darker shades brings it out more as opposed with Mr. Knight who is more passive in his behavior and his choice of weapons being batons instead of moon shaped shuriken. U did really great bro
Tbh I never knew after all this time to recreate the toy action figures into more details and realistic action figures 😳😱👌😍✨️ dude it does look pretty cool and everything 😎 👌 your right it does looks easy to fix some toy figures to make it better than before. Your so creative. And I love it I'm glad I subscribed your channel like mins ago.
Excellent job with this! This and Mr Knight were such easy jobs compared to some of your other customs and yet they really make a difference! Will defo be doing this one! Thanks as always Ken :)
Yo man I have a suggestion for you to do,maybe for the noon knight set get all the figures from the khonshu figure wave (for the figure do a repaint on them too) then when you have all the figure repaint repaint the khonshu figure for the moon knight set
Although moon knight in the series is in the shade of white and gray, his true color appears in ep 6 when he was resurrected by crossing the gate of osiris. His true colors are mummy like exactly resembles khonshu with brown sand dirt grind oxidized linen color throughout his suit.
Great fix with the tape, my only concern would be how the tape would hold up over time. Would it be more beneficial to have used something like green stuff?
I thought about using clay, but it would be quite challenging to get it that straight and especially that thin. 😅 The tape should hold up over time… I can also apply a thin layer of matte varnish to secure it in place
I think this one is one of the best marvel legends figures ever made. I think the hascrap black marvel team left the mask unfinished because they couldn't decide on what the casual viewers would think 🤔
His suit is white but a blackwash helps bring out that depth - he has overlapping bandages all over so you should be able to see some darkness at the edges where bandages overlap hence the blackwash…
@@horsiememmo yeah and the figure originally isn't actually white. So if you take a white dry brush over the figure the bandage details are highlighted and the depth in the sculpt looks darker with no need for a blackwash.

i think that it’s nice that moon knight’s darker than mr knight, as it kinda brings out that marc has a darker personality than steven
@@_SoCalYellow_and also to make Mr. Knight suit looks clean, dirty mummy look fit Moon Knight, but dirty suit will look dumb on Mr. Knight
You did a great job on giving this figure more depth and quality.

I think you are a figure doctor who can make figures look better and bring out their characters.
That renewal of moon knight turned out very well

This is one of your best! He looks so dry and distinctive.
You’re making me want this figure.

Great finish. You gave the figure more depth in the details.
I love how much more detail and texture you gave to the figure. I actually think the color is pretty perfect too!
i love how the fixed ver. of moonknight are loooking....i might do this one day if i have the right paint since i have only one
I received my Moon Knight figure on Friday, very impressed with it. Which is why I watched your video.
Wow! This is even BETTER than Mr. Knight, and that one was awesome! Fantastic job!
Thanks!! 💪💪

Great idea with the masking tape to fix the face. I was really hesitant on trying to fix it with sculpt so now I might do this.
I originally planned on using clay, glad I went with tape instead

Looks great Ken! I know it seems a bit dark, however, put the right lighting and I don't think you'll have an issue. Well done!
Honestly man, this might be your best one yet. Good job 💯
Thanks!!
Best thing I have ever seen
I always wondered why the face of this figure felt off, now that you showed me I'm oing to have to fix that whenever I get my hands on this fig.
I did the same with painting except for adding the tape. I did added a cloth cape
this looks really good. would love to see mr knight although idk what you could improve other than minor details

Easier but more stressful lol. Almost went overboard with the black!
Didn't plan to buy it till today, man. Good job
Looks perfect I’m turning mine into a nightingale from the game skyrim
An Etsy seller has a custom made wired moon shaped cape for this exact figure I think so that may be a good addition!
This looks so dope, good job, your videos is fun to watch i can't wait to see more videos
Happy to hear you enjoy my videos!! 💪💪
@@KenIMakeIt i always enjoy your videos
Nice work with the masking tape!
I was going to use clay, but masking tape is much easier 😅
could you make a video improving the figure of Ajak from eternals, how to improve the hair, the face and the color of the suit
It's great your work in customs! Have you ever thought about wired capes? I think that would make your work even more fantastic!

Hasbro needs to hire this man

Hi Ken, will you ever make a video on fixing the Retro Ben Riley Spidey?
Liked that too
nice work bro
Totally dig this 👍

I have to practice on the eyes and face a bit 👍🏼🔥

u inspired me to customize my moon knight and it was a succes ( im a kid btw)
What is the name 2 of the palm tree you use?
Hi there i want to paint my moon knight just like yours and i have a question. Did you clean it with soap and warmer water before painting it?
I ❤ it
is there any way you can do kate bishop
What gold paint did you use?
I like it. If leave it
How many personalities does Moon Knight have?
Moon Knight has five personalities throughout the TV series.
😎👍🏼
hi
You can dunk your figures in hot water and it will loosen all the joints
Can you pu it 9n sale
I gave mine a Deadpool gun
Can you make me one of those too? I would of course pay everything too! Please! 😶
I used a white dry brush to bring out the suit texture. Idk why people keep doing a black wash. His suit is white 😂

A dry wash of white all over would have made this guy pop
