Great tutorial! One thing doesnt make sense to me though. You state that when you fully upgraded a item/activity card, you might as well "place it to the side" since it does not play a part anymore in the game. That means i dont need to pay upkeep costs also for these cards? Why are there even upkeep costs at the lvl3 stage of items in this specific case? I assume this is a misprint or?
Great tutorial! I believe though that when paying a STH to refresh either the jobs or partners row you only replace as many cards as are currently available, so in your vid you should have only replaced the 1 job with the 1 replacement.

As there's been no reply I thought I'd confirm that you have to either pay the upkeep or discard the card.
