I used to temporary stay at Block C (Vogue) around 2016. Clearly remember the unit was 932sqft. Very comfy stay. Ceiling height is normal, the unit came furnished with built in cabinets, kitchen cabinets, Electrolux washer and dryer, fridge. Very stylish design which makes living in Mont Kiara really good. I missed that place. Back then all the pools are functioning. The greeneries didn't change much. Last time I used to access to other block's roof top to enjoy other facilities hehe. Last time there are public shopping carts/trolley available at the car parks, residents can use the shopping carts to load their groceries from their car from parking back to the unit and then return the cart. I saw the shopping cart corrals at 2:58 Anyway, thank you for this review !!!
Just came across your videos - this is an excellent balanced review of Verve Suites! Incredibly helpful and much better than just agents doing tours to sell places - yours gives all the pros and cons very well. Looking forward to seeing other Developments like this one to see your reviews of those!
hmm...ur fav expression!inserted at strategic points of video-to express "unsure" or "sure-or-not?"...nice!ur signature!reviews r always well covered,as usual-like the property has been "Sean-ed"...its ur presentation which attracts!
The toilet design looks like from our parents housing era which is 20-30 years ago although this project was launched at 2012. And thinking about laying in the bath tub with that tiny tiles 😅
I used to have a unit high floor in block B, VP end 2010 but I sold already in 2011. But I don't remember having such a low ceiling coz I measured it, it's abt 9.5ft, standard ceiling height. The unit came fully furnished meaning all built-ins, kitchen with Bosch fridge, sofa set n dining set except mattress, tv n washer/dryer.
Thanks for another good secondary market unit review. Very nice and conducive facilities deck. Interesting Japanese bath tub in the unit. Really unfortunate that some of the facilities are not usable.
Vp was done before 2015 (mislead info in property cikgu website), around 2011, and the launching was as early as before the age of property boom arnd 2009. Very early development in MK area as it is located right at the front part of jln MK 5. They do have studio units which measures 4xx sf. Also, might be the only development in MK with roof top beach! Also, i remembered one unit of this development was used as a grand price in one of the competition offered by Maybank. Is the winner here?
Hi Sean. I'm just wondering how come refuse systems in Malaysia are not a chute that goes straight down to a common collection but instead a room on every floor?
Awesome review, I'm also doing researchs on property to purchase for my frist own stay and I found this verve suites few weeks ago. Glad that you made this review, and I'm wondering where can I ask question because I got few question that really want to know your thoughts, any site or email that I can refer to?
Am staying here now! Viva Block (same block iherng reviewed). 1R1B, roughly 2k monthly rental, 1 carpark. Cons: -Old design -Weird bath tub. Tiles slowly coming off one by one. -Few rundown facilities (do not go in expecting to use the two gyms here) -I think the cabinets are all built-in for each unit Pros: -Rent or buy the higher levels unit - best view you can get (either overlooking Damansara, MK, or KL - and that morning mist looks awesome). Constant breeze through the balcony -Facilities on higher level -- superb. I can just daydream at the beach pool for hours -Easier to go down to Verve Shops - have coffee or do my grocery shopping -Mont Kiara environment! Can do long walks for exercise. 10 mins to 163, 10 mins to Desa Sri Hartamas. Can even walk to Publika
