This is a beautiful home. There isn’t much I don’t like about it other than the lack of privacy for the Primary bathroom and no pool. I’m actually surprised they didn’t bother to put a pool in considering the insanely high price tag. I think they’ll be hard-pressed to sell it for anything close to that but I could be wrong. In any case, great tour and I love that you kept my favorite super calming music. It always makes me happy💖
Thanks for watching! Your comments always bring a smile to my face. :) And yes the soothing music is my favorite. Especially when viewing a property. :)
I love Mediterranean style homes and sincerely appreciate the designers who wonderfully designed these style and type of homes kudos to everyone involved great work and I absolutely love watching your videos and I am a very appreciative woman 🌹 especially when it comes to home I just want a small to medium size house 🏠 that's warm and charming with tons of flowers and that I can put my own take on it hopefully someday possibly but prices seriously need to come down especially the interest rates on housing
Beautiful contemporary home, the finishes are just impeccable. More a family home than a party style home, which I like. A pool would have been a bonus.
When you hit the 1.5+ price point I EXPECT you to include the washer and dryer! If you left out what I CAN see it sort of makes me wonder what else you omitted that I cannot see.
Beautiful home! I just can't believe the price tag when it's not even sitting on an acre. But I read in the comments that it's priced high because of the location. I can understand that but still. Wow 😅.
Beautiful home! Only question I wanna know is does the primary bathroom have a fog window setting? Because it’s beautiful, but I’m just concerned about privacy.
This house checked everything on my list. Usually when looking at houses I see something that needs to be added or something i don't like. There's only two things I would add to this home and that's another bar in the kitchen ,where they have the table placed. And a pot filler. Other than that - the location lol. I wonder if this builder could build this same house in Georgia?? What a dream!!!
It’s an impressive home. There were some ideas that I took away from it for a smaller scale. I always found it annoying and somewhat ridiculous that the front yard is bigger than the backyard. In this case, the front yard seems to be three times as big as the backyard, it doesn’t make any sense.
i'll do some positive take aways. bc everybody else pretty much has expressed what I was thinking... lol.. So, I do love the engineered wood floors, the office... the isokern fireplaces ( tho I do wish that the family room had a fireplace).. love the size of the bedrooms and the stone countertops. A couple of questions..1. is that quartz in the kitchen? Or is it a marble or quartzite? I love quartz, but at this price tag. only natural stone would do. lol 2 what is the wall finish ( is it a level 5 skimcoat or plaster)?
18:29 not a chance I’d be sitting in my tub with 2 second story windows visible from all that see through glass. I just don’t understand how that wasn’t thought about, especially at this price point (which they won’t get btw). It is a nice home otherwise. A pool would have been a must as well for me.
Adding insult to Injury, the homes around this home look like they're not worth a penny above 300k. And a few blocks down you've got trashy trailer homes.
As a Californian living in the South Ive missed Mediterranean style homes and this a beautiful modern take on it. Ive only been to Dallas two or three times but I was surprised by home much a liked it there. Oddly it reminded me of home in a lot of ways... 15 Million seems excessive but hey, a home is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it. If this is your listing I wish you nothing but success with it. Stay Blessed.
I appreciate your perspective on the Mediterranean style homes and how Dallas reminded you of home in some ways. It is not our listing but hope to bring a buyer to it! :)
WOW!!!!!! Thank you sooo much for Sharing Sergio & Sheila, The home is Spectacular!!! Level 5 walls Level 5 Stucco The Craftmanship the Details are INSANE!!! The Windows the Glass WOWWWY. There is another home close to you 3808 Potomac Ave That is equally stunning but this is a 2024 year build!! Would love to see what these sell for!! I think most people dont realize Highland Park is one of the most expensive neighborhoods not in Texas but in the Country even more expensive than NY Chicago LA.
I might be willing to pay $500k for this home if I drank wine. The design of the home isn't impressive. The yard is tiny. There is no view. There is no pool. There is no signature piece, aside from the wine thing. Its not very spectacular. Barely above average. A much more spectacular home could be built for 1/10th the listing price. Only somebody terrible with numbers would pay over $750 for this house, even if they worked close by.
This property is STUNNING and the builder thought of everything. I love that the kids have the entire upstairs. The home is a family home yet, perfect for entertaining. The dry cleaning, washer and dryer in the hers closet?! Genius. The pantry is amazing and I love the bottom produce drawers. Everything has its place. It’s contemporary, clean, yet, liveable. I am with others, the backyard is a bit disappointing and there isn’t much privacy. I presume there could be a pool added in the future henceforth the full bath off of the backyard? It would be such a shame to cover those beautiful iron doors and windows. I don’t have $16 million for this home, but if I did, I’d buy it in a heartbeat.
This is not worth 15 million. For 15 I want a pool, bowling alley and a basketball court at the very least. It didn't even have a koi pond. My 300k house has a koi pond and a pool...lol Is there some amenities that I missed during the tour that makes this worth such an astronomical price tag?
This house is beautiful. However, I couldn't help but notice the cars driving by. For that much money, I don't want to see or hear any type of traffic no matter how light. Is this a gated community? Chiiiiiiile.....For that much money, my house needs to be the gated community 😄 The house is way over priced for what it is, especially for Texas. I'm not from there, nor have I ever been to Texas. I love to watch the videos of the houses there. You usually get more bang for your buck in Texas housing. This house screams "modern" but, not luxury. They throw a Wolfe range/appliances in the kitchen and they skimp on everything else and tell you it's luxury. For $15 mill, I don't want to see nobody driving pass my house. I need a backyard with a pool and a pool house. That is totally what they would charge for that house here in the DMV (DC/MD/VA). Hell, it would probably be in the $20 mill range 😄 Great video 🙋🏾♀️
This home is grossly overpriced. It lacks space interior. The outside of this home looks like it was designed by a cookie cutter free software. The designer of this property should be ashamed of this work. 15 million for what? Is he mentally delusional. This home I'd worth at best 4 million.
I appreciate your honest opinion about the home. It's important to assess the value and quality of a property before making a big investment decision. :)
15ml😂😂😂 nice punchline more like 5ml and yet You're still pushing it.... That's what you'll pay in the Utah State for that same exact house and with a much largerrrr property lot including much lower property taxes.

15 million dollars for what huh. The house is nice but not for 15 million
I appreciate your perspective on the value of the house. :) Thanks for watching!!
Okay, this house is a contender for my favourite of all time on the internet. Lovely! Great build!
Thank you so much for your kind words! I'm glad you enjoyed the house build. :)

Thanks for the feedback. The pricing of the home is mostly due to the location of the property! :)
@@sergioandsheila it should be a rule of thumb in my book.
15mil to basically share a wall with your neighbor.
It's all about location, location, location! :)

Excellent video 👍 Love to see the Home without people blocking the space❤❤❤❤❤❤

Beautiful home! Only question I wanna know is does the primary bathroom have a fog window setting? Because it’s beautiful, but I’m just concerned about privacy.
Thanks for your comment! The primary bathroom does indeed have privacy features, including fogged windows for that extra peace of mind. :)

How is this worth 15million? Come on now. Amazing house, but 15mil.
The real estate market is definitely surprising sometimes! :)
Got a bit of too much traffic in front of the home.... I can see it sitting for s while...12Ms may be the offer if they come see it.
It can be frustrating when there's too much traffic in your area. Hopefully, things clear up soon! Thanks for the feedback! :)

is this a riddle lol
Incredible

I would like this house. I used to live there. Also Georgia , Louisiana, and Alabama. I’ve been to Alaska and I like it.
It sounds like you have a lot of great memories in those places! :)

Why are they always more bathrooms than they are bedrooms ? Just wondering !
It's an interesting observation, isn't it? More bathrooms can be a game-changer for families or guests! :)
Is HP really worth these prices? I know the pkwy is prime location but wow😢😢
It can be quite expensive, but the location definitely plays a big factor in the pricing. YES its the priciest location in Dallas. :)
Love the piano music. Can you share the song title please?

Nice home. But the backyard landscaping should be immaculate for the price.
Thank you for your feedback! We'll definitely let the builder know. :)
what backyard? lol
Beautiful❤ but price too high
Thank you for your feedback! :) but this one is due to the location

@sergioandsheila I have already sent you an email,I am ready if it is the same

The current market can be quite unpredictable! This stunning home is listed at $15.8 million, so it's definitely on the higher end of the spectrum. :)
A $1500 price cut? Damn, it's a buyers' market!!
Absolutely, it's a great time to take advantage of these deals! :)
Does it come fully furnished?
No, it is only staged! :)
Dallas you really need steel and concrete homes you know because of Tornadoes and hail
Safety first, right? :)
I love all the windows. Too much square footage for me. I hate the location right by too busy streets. Very little to no privacy. Way overpriced!❤
