I love the nice music in the background

How do I get my videos to stop lagging with music once I’m complete. I’ve got that chroma key with some fun filters

      Hello.
Yeah lagging, after you've produced your vid. This could be when you are producing your video maybe a screensaver has interupted it or another programme. Make sure nothing else is running in the background when you produce. Another could be that you are running out of memory and it is writing to disk, that is i mean windows is accessing its file area to try to buffer your vid. All of these things can cause lagging effects.

It helps a bit if you set the colors and contrast to the maximum before masking, and then turn off the filter afterwards. VS masking is really tragically bad; inexplicably better used in another product from the same company (Pinnacle Studio).
    Thanks for the demonstration!

Hello Tibor, yes I remember altering the contrast using layer masks in photoshop. VS masking is pretty poor quality. I haven't tried Pinnacle, I think I will stay with powerdirector.

The Director Suite is the world leader in concatenating and collaborating on individual programs (photo + video + color effects + sound editing), but its stabilizer is ultra-primitive and very ineffective. Unable to distinguish between background and moving objects. For example, a car passing through a shot will jerk the whole picture. Too bad they got rid of proDAD Mercalli. Masking the PDR roto is good enough. They’re also caught spying like the leading Adobe mafia, which relies on cloud-based teamwork like no one about copyright. So it doesn't hurt to disable the CyberLink CLToast installed on the blackguard from the x86 directory. However, they are great to use, their system is fast, I have been using them occasionally since version 2.0a.
If someone hates carrying a tripod as much as I do, DaVinci Resolve is the most professional in masking and stabilizing. To put it mildly, it’s a bit hardware-intensive, so my old laptop is running version 16, not the latest.
But there’s a fast, easy-to-use video editor, the NCH VideoPad. It's on all my machines. It's free, there's no automatic rotoscoping, its stabilizer (VDub plugin) is better than Cyberlink's, it has a great Text-to-Speech option, and the whole install is 5.5 MB. NCH is the world's first programming, they can still write a program there. Gigabytes do not fly.

@@tibornagy7620 Thanks for the info, I will have a look at NCH and see if it fits what I am looking for.
