I’m 58 years old and I’ve never had back problems until this spring when I got a couple of old coils of buried barbed wire wrapped around all 5 bottoms of a plow that I fought with. I wish I would have had some of that horse ornament that Phil was talking about!
Absorbine veterinary linament. find it at farm supply stores, horse section. Smells minty, works good. Used it myself many times. I think the brand was originated in CT, still made there I think.
I'm only 21 and I've had back problems since 16 😂. I had 4 herniated discs for 2 whole years from 16-18 before I got put in physical therapy lol. I pray that By the time I'm in my 70s God willing, that I don't have any major problems/injuries.

Prayers to Phil for a speedy recovery I've been dealing with a failed spinal surgery for years and nobody understands the pain you go through everyday....I have days I can't even get outta bed along with the mental pain and stress

Try finding a Malpractice Insurance Lawyer, then get to a Pain Management Doctor and ask about an Intrathecal Pain Pump. I was in your shape before I got my first Pump 20 years ago.

Phil - I've been there several times with severe back muscle pain. My best advice is go for a long leisurely walk, stay upright and mobile for as long as you can.

Al we’ve know your dad since the first duck call video. My husband and his hunting buddies were all in the living room trying to blow a call and us wives were in the kitchen laughing hysterically asking if that was a “Green head? We saw Phil way to often😂
A good chiropractor is a godsend for this. Also ice for half hour on, hour off for a few days. If you don't have those spiffy gel ice packs, put half/half water and rubbing alcohol plus few drops food coloring in a ziplock bag- not the sliders- lay flat and freeze. Refreeze multiple times. I do double bags as a bit of insurance. Start with quart size and use multiple bags or use gallon bags for bigger areas. Used at scout events since never get them bag. Good luck- been there done that.
Absorbine horse liniment gel ... It makes you able to move when nothing else works.

Back pain….wellll…..sucks 😢 been dealing with it for years, and had back surgery about 15 yrs ago, fusion surgery L2&L3, helped a little bit, but now I’ve got more degenerative disc, sooooo, Not good, hope you get better soon

I live in extreme lower back pain now for 20 years and a couple years ago i had to be put on disability. Back pain sucks

Hilarious content as well as great spiritual content. That's why I keep coming back and watching every single episode! Prayers for Phil to recover from his pulled muscle. You never realize how much you use your back muscles until they're injured. I still remember the time my moms back went out when she was in bed. I was pregnant at the time so I couldn't risk the strain of trying to pull her out on my own. So we just had to wait until she was able to maneuver her way out. We definitely laugh about it now but at the time I felt so helpless because there was nothing I could do to help lol
