VLookup is vertical lookup and
HLookup is horizontal lookup
Its depend upon your master file if master file data is horizontal
like this
Sl No. 1 2 3 4 5
Name 1 2 3 4 5
or
Vertical Like this
Sl No Name
1 1
2 2
3 3
4 4
then you have to choose V or H Lookup

if you want exact match the you have to use false or you can also use number 0 (Zero).
but if you want to match near about that value then you have to use true or number 1 (one)
