you should probably adjust your audio
You voice is roughly 1/3 the volume of the show... meaning viewers have to constantly adjust the volume to hear what you have to say, BUT then the show is blasting loud when you go back to it.
    It's almost unwatchable like this.
    Fun fact of video/streaming/youtube:
Audio is WAY more important that video.... people will watch poor quality video if they can clearly hear what is happening... pixelated, freezing video... people will totally watch that if they can still hear.
But people will not tolerate poor audio.... bad levels, skipping, or muffled audio... no amount of crisp video will make that watchable.

      Okay noted. :]
I knew the audio levels were a little janky and I tried to fix it the best I could. I'm still really new to this and I'm learning as I go to be honest.
I'm totally down for constructive criticism tho! I've been experimenting with settings and other software to see what works best, and I hope I'll be able to figure out the best balance. I can't really afford to get the best equipment so I'm working with what I have at the moment.
I've never seen this as a career path or anything as I do this mostly for fun and a way to relax from hard life stuff. Tho if this does go somewhere that would be amazing! ;]
Thank you for watching the video regardless and leaving a comment! I'll try my best to get better at editing, recording, audio, ect. And I hope you can bare with me until then 🙇‍♀️.
Also this is a bit of a side note but I'm not all the loud in the first place so I've been having trouble projecting my voice and fixing the mic gain/volume to compensate. I have pretty bad anxiety so it hard for me to put myself out there. But this has really helped me, like as exposure therapy lol. If you go back to the first video I ever posted I even say that I'm a little mortified recording haha.
Anyways thanks for the comment again and I hope you have a happy holiday(whatever you may or may not celibrate)! :]

@@ParidiseIsland87 glad you took it as intended... i know some people dont take constructive criticism in the way it was intended.
But it WAS purely that... I like your reactions and just want to see you be as successful as possible.
I am fully aware I can come off blunt/harsh.... I actually rewrote the above comment like 4 times trying to make sure it didn't get taken wrong.
      SUCCESS!
      LOL
      Happy holidays.

If you have your reaction as one track.
And the original video as another....
You can adjust the audio level of just one track pretty easily.
What software are you using for editing?
I''m a Davinci Resolve user myself.

Aw no worries! I'm honestly pretty chill to talk to I promise haha. It's when I try to talk to others I'm like AHHHH lol.
I actually know how to use premise pro pretty well but I can't afford to get it at the moment. So I've been trying simular programs out. One of them is DaVinci resolve but I'm not used to it. Also it my first time using stuff like obs so I'm figuring out that aspect as well.

      @Todrick451 Progress report!
I figured out what was causing the main issue and it's so stupid 🤦‍♀️ lol.
I had obs set to doing multiple tracks, one for me one for show but for some reason it was picking up both for each track. I looked up why obs would do that, tried to fix it and still was doing it. So next I went for my mic to see if that was the issue and low and behold I somehow at some point turned the setting to pick up both sides when I at first set it to just me.
The good news is that it is fixed now and season 2's aduio should be significantly better! The bad news is I tried different fixes for each ep to figure out what the heck was wrong with it...so season 1 audio will be janky.
BUT I'll take into your account for advice and try to adjust the volume levels for my voice and the part were the show is so it's not as jaring.
Again bare with me til then! :]
