@@sachin5715 Well I've been doin it for almost 3 years. I started getting to Zen and meditation right before the Pandemic, go figure. I started getting results about a couple weeks to a month afterwards. It's a growing experience. I've always had a bit of a guilt complex since my parents always made me feel not good enough. So for me it too time. I finally at the point where I can dismiss negative thoughts easily without dwelling on them. They just flow out like any other thought. Although I don't dwell on them like I used to. I'm much more able to stay in a positive mindset. I usually listen to this channel Jason Stephenson's for sleep meditation and Meditative minds. I try to listen to Chakra balance when I wake up. Then before bed like a 963hz for the crown chakra or pinneal gland. Often referred to as the third eye. @@sachin5715 Well I've been doin it for almost 3 years. I started getting to Zen and meditation right before the Pandemic, go figure. I started getting results about a couple weeks to a month afterwards. It's a growing experience. I've always had a bit of a guilt complex since my parents always made me feel not good enough. So for me it too time. I finally at the point where I can dismiss negative thoughts easily without dwelling on them. They just flow out like any other thought. Although I don't dwell on them like I used to. I'm much more able to stay in a positive mindset. I usually listen to this channel Jason Stephenson's for sleep meditation and Meditative minds. I try to listen to Chakra balance when I wake up. Then before bed like a 963hz for the crown chakra or pinneal gland. Often referred to as the third eye. Lastly I do listen to a lucid dreaming piece maybe every other day. You definately have to put the time in if you to truly raise your consciousness. I usually meditate twice a day for 15 to 20 minutes. Sometimes I mix in subliminals just for a change. At night I just play a Jason Stephenson track to help me have a peaceful sleep and wake up with less anxiety. I think he's the best at sleep meditation. He puts me to sleep in like 10 to 15 minutes. Okaaayy I am back!! I got my grade back, it isn't the best but I expected it to be a LOT worse and I only started studying and listening two days before- so it makes sense lol
Anyways a week later I had a math test and I listened to this as often as I could and prepared myself a bit more and in advance- I'm not kidding I literally started crying when I got it back because everything on it was correct- All my hard work payed off! I am more of a languages kinda person so everything that involves numbers is a no... Never in my life was I good at math, literally almost always barely got through school and almost had to retake the whole year because of math. I couldn't believe that everything was right, every single time I look at it I get so happy! Thank you so much!!
