What disturbs in the airplane is cabin pressure, it causes the ears to pain. It varies from plane to plane
Me when it's mng time during sunshine I feel pain the ears but when time goes by like 40 mins I get better
My ears always hurt
I guess it caused by difference in altitudes, bcoz I get it even when am travelling thru mountainous ares,,,,however the remedy is as soon as you get that pain in yo ears ,close yo mouth and nose tightly with yo fingures then try as much as possible to blow air the same way we used to blow balloons you will get a filling like u are blowing that air from yo ears instead ,,,,,you'll be fine right away
