Probably a little late but for anyone viewing this in 2019 or after.. the cloud texture comes with Adobe Photoshop. Click the little gear icon when your in the texture tab. It took a bit of searching through the different sub categories but it should be under the “texture fill” category.
First you never mentioned the brush til tip to choose, and you didn't mention how you ended up with the cloud texture already added. I don't know how to pre-load options, and I'm sure there may be others who don't either so that would have be nice.
yosoyeldam open brush properties (F5) choose Texture, click the settings button in the right up corner in the same panel and select Patterns, then from patterns choose Clouds
I have everything set up correctly and I'm pretty sure of that, but for some reason, when I right click and press stroke path, the box will not show up. I have a work path saved and I have the brush presets set up and I'm on the right tool. So why won't it work? It's just the very last step. I don't have the right font and I would download the same one but the computer I'm on won"t allow to download it.
this is really good and all but I'm having a lot of difficulty because i only have photoshop elements 10! is there a way for me because i don't have half the tools needed!?
If you can't find the "cloud texture" try this : -follow the steps until the texture point -then, when you have the texture box open with your texture's choices, press the button on the right - there, choose the "Texture Fill" ate the bottom And there you have it :)

No cloud texture. Can’t find one on the web either. It’s a very specific kind of photoshop pattern. I found brushes but no texture patterns.

How do I get the texture of clouds? ..
yosoyeldam It's just a brush shaped like a cloud . You can see how to make it at 1:02
yosoyeldam open brush properties (F5) choose Texture, click the settings button in the right up corner in the same panel and select Patterns, then from patterns choose Clouds
MancM I don't have "patterns" ..... only have "reset patterns, load patterns, save patterns, replace patterns, new patterns

+Amanda Tran You coudl try if the box shows up on the pen tool. Maybe turns out good with another font, you'll have to try for yourself
