Seriously people? Does it matter where she comes from? IT DOES NOT. I mean, I'm finnish. Yes, I come from Finland. And yet? Yeat I like Marlisa and I'm proud of her too. Not because we come from the same country (since we clearly don't), but because of her voice and the fact that even though she's only 14 (/15) she was able to win that competition. And I like music because it's good, not because it comes from country x. (Yes, I did just go through all of her videos... Too bad we don't see X factor Australia here, only Uk ja Usa since our version flopped. But thank god I decided to look back to this years uk/usa contestants and ran into this beautifull girl.)

Damnnn...i skipped Australia x factor for UK and thought something really exciting from there. Now i missed so many great performances particularly Marlisa...I wished i hadnt move. Shes amazing, the vokals, compared to the uk girls, she killed them all. 14 sweet young girl. Am gonna buy her album or anything. Aussie always rule and more authentic when comes to x factor show. They give all out. Well done.
i am a filipino. and i am so impressed with her voice.. what i dont like about some filipinos is that they quickly tag something/someone as their own if that created a huge impact in some ways.. falsepride that is, thats a feeling of inferiority actually.. u feel so small that when something astounding happened u apparently became so proud of it. she sings good, that doesn't have to do whether she is a filipina or not, if shes australian or indonesian. she is just so great. if u listen to a song, try to close your eyes and the singer will be anonymous.. no race, no physical attributes will be considered, just the voice
