- Inkborn Fables has been out on PBE for some time now, and players are in love with this set! Not only is it a breath of fresh air with all the new traits and units, but it also looks incredible. But what kind of set would it be if we didn't get some new augments to play with? In set 11, some of the well-known augments like Last Breath were sent on vacation, and we won't see them for at least the next 4 months. But Riot filled the gaps with the craziest augments to date. Today, we will take a look at some of them! So brace yourself because this ride is going to be a wild one!

My new favorite augment is the one where you get xp for having no components on bench. Free xp for an extremely easy condition is nice. The sage xp augment was insane as well but half as strong now :(

@@harrisonjia7791 iirc it was 2 xp per sage but now you get 2 base + 1 for each sage. I had the augment from 2-1 in a game where I had a sage on wandering trainer and later got one from an augment as well. I had 6 sages giving 12 xp per round. With the rework that would only give 8 per round. Still nuts either way. I had 2 3 star legendaries that game
Honestly the Sage augment seems kinda nuts if you can justify slotting in Exalted with it

Tradh to treasure is 10000x better than what the forge was as it allows you to keep your core items whilst rerolling slams
What The Forge was fun the one time I played it, except for the fact that I could never build a burn item against constantly healing units. Kinda screwed myself with that one.
I got the Yorick carry augment and it was pretty funny to see him wiping the board the moment he kills the tanks.
Didn't riot say in the "Set 10 learnings"that they will add 20+ artifacts?where are they?or did I misunderstand it?

For the shen augment, if you go 3 shojin you get 25 mana per auto so 3 autos and u can cast which is quite nice on shen, if you go full beheamoth and/or altruist hybrid

I absolutely love the champ augments, gold tier has always been my favorite because even if they are weak, I just have so much fun building around a unique unit augment

Oh with the encounter that radomize augment round i got 2 augments on round 2 and the second augment still offers 2-1 augment so i wonder if there is a combination of augments that would be broken

My friends and I had a game which he had gold augment Pandora's Item on 2.1 and silver augment Fine vintage (turn completed items to support item after 3 rounds) on 3.2. This was bug and it gave him the support items without consuming the completed items. He got first playing duelist with Qiyana 2 star carry and 15+ support items.
Theres a bug with pick the litter idk if its fixed but on nidhoggs stream he was just getting double every unit he got from the shop

i got an augment on pbe where the first few units i buy, it comes with an additonal one. except, in this case, it worked on ALL CHAMPIONS I BOUGHT. unfortunately for me the server shut down as soon as we hit krugs, i was looking forward to 3 staring every 5 cost :(
Ah yes, i did have an everything must go game earlier this day and i must say this augment is so hard yet fun to play. I did have my bench full before the pbe rounds so never missed gold, capped around 4 gold units and 3 starred 2 of them. The early game is rough, you sack till lvl 8 and must go below 50 g only if you're about to die soon. Playing that aug with golden ticket sounds beyond broken tho, i hope i will once.
I'm excited to see pros roll down for 3* 4 costs with everything must go. The augment feels powerful but it's so easy to get dizzy.
One Tipp for "Trash for Treasure": Since the Reforger is infinite if you use it on a "normal" item you can give a unit an Artifact and a normal Item to reforge both and keep the Reforger.
That is a lie, because it's the first thing I tested :P

@@leduck No, it isn't. I can confirm that I, too, have kept a reforger after using it on a completed item and an artifact. It may be a bug based upon which item is placed first, or it may have been changed inadvertently (as you of all people should know happens frequently in this game), so don't be so quick to call people a liar, leduck. You're better than that.
@@jin11779933 bro dont forget pbe was doing daily updates for a few days, I'm assuming leduck tested it in a prior patch before the weekend hit since editing likely took a day

@Leduck. The augments. "Bottom of the litterbox" actually is broken. Right from when you buy it, every champ you buy comes in pairs with reduced cost (You can print money with this)
It gets bad tho if you use a reroll, since it disables the bug and 2 of your slots will be void.

This augment is bugged. And also if you start abusing it too hard game will crash, already played like 3 games with game crash. It is funny at first, but after second time it becomes annoying as hell
genuinely, i took it once, realised it's bugged and thought "well, i don't feel like abusing such a strong bug" and i had to play without the 2 slots for the whole game. NOTHING fixes it. i tried everything i could think of, like spamming "s" (sell) while buying new units etc. the best part is, i still went 1st and it was the most satisfying win ever because of that lol

I once got everything mud go and the one where you can select a 4 cost and get 2 copies of it and after I took it everything must go was bugged so that I bought units at full price but sold for 0... Very weird
I don't know If it was intended, but Phreaky Friday+ (The Infinity Edge augment iirc) seems to have two variants. I had in the same augment menu, Phreaky Friday+ (second one in two turns) and Phreaky Friday (second one in three turns)

The arcanist dummy augment is so funny. I hope I can get it to work with multiple dummies at some point.

@@isakojala4624The augment makes every dummy scale with your arcanists AP, on top of giving you 1 dummy. You can easily get it to like 5k HP, which would be crazy with multiple dummies.

The only issue so far is that the encounters make the game feel like it's way longer than it actually is. I'll be going into wolves thinking it's 4-6 already because of all the breaks.

If you follow the PBE Bug Report on TFT you will find what is broken. A lot of bugs will be fixed tomorrow.
Recommended not to use Pick of The Litter as it will crash your game and the entire lobbies. Recommend not using Ghostly as there is a bug where it debuffs your own team as well as the enemy team.

Two for One at Day1 PBE was stupidly broken. They nerfed to just 3 costs and below which is still pretty busted. 3 star rr comps, fast 10 cuz its free gold. I dont think this augment will make it out of PBE 😅
Two for one is a guaranteed win with a three star 5 cost
So glad they made two for 1 3 cost or less...but buying for free is still op. This pbe I have seen so many 3* legendaries. In set 10 I literally only ever fought 2 and only got it ONCE. It's pretty lame that 1/10 games is decided by hedge fund + free units.
I feel like that always happens every PBE though, right? People play to hit big 3-stars instead of optimizing. When it hits live servers people play to win more and as people get better, more greedy play is punished.
PBE bias, people just wanna hit some highlight moments, not to win.
least favourite augment is probably the shen hero augment ethereal blades.
on wednesday or thursday, before the behemoth and augment nerfs, i played both variants multiple times and had way more success playing shen without it.
6 behemoth is such a powerful frontline for your alune and morgana but ironically, unless u also 3 star thresh and yorick, u will be lacking frontline.
what makes shen ridiculous is that he has a 1.5k+ dmg spell at 90 mana on a full tank 2 cost with the additional dmg reduction.
even if u buff the dmg by 90/75%, it basically removes everything else and takes an augmnet slot.
the comp is so ridiculous because when ur done rolling, u basically only have 1 shitter unit in cho gath/malphite and the rest of ur board ideally is 3 starred or 4/5 costs.
this is not a solo carry comp, u want augments that benefit ur entire team. shen is not a set 10 yone 3 that 1v8s.
I had everything must go + 3-2 hedgefund for the easiest 3* gold of my life lol, was so fun

my favorite bug is the one that loads you into the game, then immediately crashes the game, and refuses to let you back into the game or the client until the game is over, its happened multiple times for me, and i have no idea how or why its happening. I imagine it has something to do with the portals or encounters but thats just a wild guess.
yeah happen to my friend, he was able to log back in but he couldnt get back in the game with us. funnily enough he could queue up for a new tft match.
