A better way is this, take a top and fill it up with hot water turn your house boiler to full for this, fill it up, take piece's of PVC and throw then in the hot water, with the pieces long enough to make a half circle when laid over a bucket. After around 20 minutes they will get soft, take them out with heat resistant gloved and lay them over an side of a bucket, then hose it off with cool water, then you can glue them together with couplers. Very sturdy.

I have a twenty foot tall mega tree and a few little trees and they are made with tomato cages and they look much better because the lights look best running horizontal instead of vertical because you always have that prism or sided figure/shape

Yes , I have seen Tomato cages used in many displays.Metal and electricity not such good friends , however plastic and electricity not so bad. I guess I dont mind the extra work so much lol

@dslynx I can go 10 high without issue , I like your shopping bag idea to avoid light tangles

you can also use the tomato cages they work and stack just as easy and its a lot less work

@hd2kill Mine stack 4 high without issues, I just put a plastic shopping bag over each to keep the lights from getting tangled.

@dslynx You are they were alot of work.I know that there are easier ways to do this , however I did not think I could come up with a stackable version to save storage space.
