When i was younger i was heavy bullied in school for many years. Speaking up for myself?No way! I was always fat and fat shamed all my life.. My mother was a drinker and life was a struggle all my life. I worked as a waiter,bartender,in shops etc.while i studied. Terrible times.
I got a pre-record deal by universal and got dropped. I lost almost 10 years of music history. Music i could never use again.I was broken and felt into a depression.
I became a teacher in 2011 and it l saved my life. Literally it saved my life.It was the best choice i could ever make in my life!
I saw myself in my students,struggling with the same problems,confronted with life and feeling like i felt.
I saw the hope in their eyes,the feeling of being understood and how i could help changing their life.
I saw the passion for the arts,i saw their passion for growing.
I dedicated my life for people to never feel how i felt.
My Mission is helping people to use their voice as a weapon!

I studied in Germany and worked for :stage school,stage coach,On Stage,Universal music etc. as a Vocal and Theater Coach some of my Students went into the THE voice Kids show etc.

This song Rise Up is originally by Andra Day (who has a raspier, soulful style of singing). Morisette’s cover is the best cover of it I have ever heard. Definitely does it justice.
sarahhchan and by far shes the only one can sing way much better, either you agree or not or everyone i’m referring to all the youtube subscribers and all the people who watched her performance. Her voice is so powerful yet she controlled graciously and diction is on point considering that her first language is not English. As in very Wow 😮 Amazing Performance indeed!

Hello Tania morissette Amon is a amazing singer from the Philippines. Unknown to many outside of her country. How unfortunate for her and others because she has real talent . I'm happy to have heard her singing here on TH-cam for sure. I'm enjoying your channel by the way excellent 🤟😀
Mori is an extremely versatile singer. Vocal powerhouse with a pleasing/beautiful tone. She can do intentional vocal breaks, squeaks, whistles, sing and dance very well, rap, etc. She is a living legend in the making.
I have heard many girls sing live in the Philippines and there is SOOOOO much talent there!

The live performance ability of Asian singers is without pier. Since I have found this out I have gravitated 100% to these artists snd in Particular Morissette. She is without doubt the best live female singer I have ever seen.

I would also like to add,that i am reacting to very advanced extra ordinary singers. The majority of students are not necessarily having a voice like these ladys. Usually people come because of various reason, they want to work on her breath support,or their mix voice or a better transition or how to work on their confidence and discover their voice. I can defiantly say that morissette has a very very good breath support,as she is in control of her pitch and is fluently between her head and chest voice. One method of learning to "open up your range" is the twang! It can help to increase your volume and its a very good tool when it comes to working on difficult songs. Also you will need a good larynx position, to not sound strained,she sound absolute great with her "chest voice/belting" also there are a tons of definitions to "belt" aswell and with what i learned and relearned (estill) they not like to use these terms. Every teacher,as far as i met,has their own definition of belt. To help you for a good transition you can also use the NG or the bubbles and sing them on the scale or during a song! It takes time and dedication! We also need to understand,that its important to know in which range we are singing as we have our own comfort zone for our voice in which we resonate and sound good and which is also healthy for the voice. The singer is not necessarily ALWAYS using this high registers........i am sorry for my english hahahah i will try to make more analysis and break downs in the future,once i get used to it and once i feel more confident in my english:)))

Morisette does a great job at transitioning her chest voice to her falsetto/head voice, and she is able to a lot of F#5s and F5 while growling which is pretty hard. She is a great singer.
Finally! I've always wanted to watch a vocal coach doing reviews of their performance. Thanks for this 😊 as far I know, she grew up performing on theater that's why her voice is trained well (she can even nail high notes while dancing on a live performance and sound not so breathy) so technically speaking, even I can say that she is singing in a healthy way.

Preach girl! Its so true that the west especially Hollywood glorifies stars that can barely sing during live performances. There are lots of amazing singers there for sure but theres also tons who gets by lip-syncing and uses a whole lot of autotune even in their albums. And usually theyre the most famous of artists! 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Thank you for saying that about many American pop singers. They don't have the level of singing skills and ability like true skilled and artistic singers in Europe and Asia. Yes, I agree they are definitely over glorified auto-tuned "singers". Morissette Amon is one of those talents than can belt out tunes with her own ability and sing it just as well sitting down. That's real talent!

Thanks for your reaction to Mori. Rhett Lawrence, Mariah Carey's producer, has touched based with her and has plans of producing an album for her in the US. She also caught his eye on Wishclusive Bus when she sang "I finally found someone (a Bryan Adams/Barbara Streisand duet song)" with Arnel Pineda, lead vocalist for Journey. We are happy for her.
Hope this brings back the music industry in the right direction of tapping real talent and not rely on technical tweaks to make their voice sound better and not make an effort to better themselves in their craft.
If Mori has a bright future set for her in the US, you might want to check out on another amazing Filipina artist, KZ Tandingan, who is making waves in China in their Singer 2018 competition. She put a new spin to Adele's "Roling in the Deep" in said competition.
