Should drill /tap 10-32..Using 10-24 does not meet thread count for panel

Dont use a drill to tap do it by hand it takes longer but makes Assembly so much easier also less likely to break a tap
Use high torque and brushless drill (minimum 60Nm) instead of small one like the one on the video, plus cutting/tapping fluid, most electricians always ask me how it is possible that I do not break those combined drill/tap bits for months.
Have you had any luck using combination drill/tap bits? The ones that drill and tap in one step.
They work fine in a few holes, but in large panel to many holes and different size they will end it up messing your holes!

Some customer don't allow those screws, they like better rivets instead!
Dude, just use tek screws. Punching all those hole is way too time consuming
Those are not allow in professional panel builder, instead they are using rivet!
