Tony brought up something I've been saying for two seasons: win the coin toss, take the ball first and score to set the tone and give the team some juice. This team defers the toss for the second half like it's on autopilot. Then they can't stop the opponent from driving the ball down their throat and scoring first. So Jags get behind right off the bat and the team starts the game in the hole and with a poor mindset almost always. What's the analytics say about that? Take the damn ball first and go score first for a change and give the team and the FANS something to cheer about early rather than having the opponent always set the tone early.
