I am rooting for Shotty. But I am on the outside looking in until upper management changes their outlook on the off-season. They can say all the things they want, but until they go out and do it I will remain a hater.

Siriani has a great roster and coaching staff. Whenever I watch him on the sidelines, he rarely speaks into his headset during the game. Doesn’t seem like he has much imput during games, but when you have a good coaching staff
He trusts them. By the way, as much as I would love to see Chiefs get beat, I just can’t root for Eagles. Go Shotty!
I'm rooting for Schottenheimer, this could be a Siriani type hire. Surround yourself with smart position Asst. Coaches.
The position coaches need to be teachers not just organizers.

I'm rooting for shotty! I do believe he could different than Mike. McCarthy said he wasn't giving up play calling again after Kellen left. I think Mike thought his way was best and probably didn't want to listen to other opinions. Time will tell

I bet they wanted mike back as coach but shotty to call plays. Remember Jerry said it himself that we were running some outdated offensive schemes.
They're gonna have to get busy in FA. And even then, we need to recognize and accept now that rebuilding this roster will be a 2 year gig.. They spent tons of draft picks on the defense for Quinn, and a bunch of those dudes didn't work out.. And that's partially McCarthys' fault for saying he'd work with whatever players he's given for the offense.. And a large part fault of the Jones for not being busy in FA and they end up drafting horny instead of BPA.
Not buying anything that people say. Need to see it on the field or Jerry not doing press.

These shows need to change their tune they are becoming a bigger joke that the Dallas Cowboys have became, and that's hard to do. I have nothing againest Brian S. but lets face it this was the worse things Jerry could have done. But not that it matters because the damage has already been done before any coaching hire. The second Jerry signed Dak Prescott it was over for Dallas I don't care what coach you put in place if your QB is a JOKE the team is going to be a JOKE..so thats the fact of the matter. This clown has conned the Cowboys out of a quarter of a billon dollars and has produced nothing short of a total disgrace to the position and to the wins and losses column. Dallas is stuck with Duck as long as they are stuck the Brian. I assure you this will be a 4 year failure you can bank on it the Cowboys are sunk for the next 5-10 years they better be hunting a real 1st round QB instead of what they have done over the last 20 years placing all hopes in a non drafted QB and a 4th round drafted QB this has been the downfall of most of the teams that has even reached the playoffs when it got time to shine this is the main position that failed miserbly.
