EASIEST EVER Tomato Preservation | canned tomatoes

Time to stock up for winter. Canned tomatoes are a very quick and easy way to preserve these delicious fruits. The proportions are given for 1 kg of tomatoes and how much water to make it easier for you to adjust them to your quantity of ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 kg of tomatoes
2 onions about 300 g
colored peppercorns
one bay leaf per jar
Flood:
1 liter of water
1 tablespoon of rock salt
1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
50 ml of wine vinegar
