You can compare Krystina Moshenskaya and Svetlana Gudyno anytime u want, but, unfortunately for you, it does not make too much sense. As long as Armen is performing on this level, Marius Balan will not stand a chance against him. This is why they are n1.
Levente Kaszas. The point you make here is exactly the reason why neither of these two partnership in my view warrant No1 status, because neither is equal or balanced enough as partnerships. This is partner dancing and the success for both is too much reliant on one side of the partnership. Compare partnerships like Salvo and Viktoria, Umberto and Louise, Peter and ZIa, Ferdinando and Yulia, Konstantin and Domenica, Andrei and Vera, Timur and Nina ,just to mention some. These are partnerships that look harmonious and have great balanced look and feel about them. They don't get rewarded so much because they don't move like firestorms and their routines and styles aren't heavily reliant on flamboyancy and gimmicky theatrics to disguise and distract from the basic fundamental deficiencies. Armen works on a very high level of physical prowess, but many like me don't feel its good quality authentic Latin American dancing. Hence why they come in for a good amount of negative comments.

TIMA LUKIKO. Its not only my opinion but that of many others it would seem going by the many uncomplimentary comments this couple receive. This is great movement, but its hardly great dancing. Some understand the difference.12 year old single malt whiskey for me. Nothing but the best.

I am by no means a dancer. I can barely walk & chew gum. Saying that this is not ball room dancing at its best.
Looks like over dressed, over exaggerated gymnastics exercise.
I totally agree these are athletes work and practice for hours. I just don't see the elegance, I am accustomed.

Gymnastics exercise? Are you kidding me? That tells me that you truly have no grasp of latin ballroom whatsoever. I think your idea of "elegance" is Riccardo Cocchi doing some show for Americans.
Armens feet look like he's got his shoes on the wrong feet. There's an awkwardness about his footwork and movement and where's the samba bounce and upper body rhythm. its so much about power, travel and footspeed and gimmicky choreography. I suspect to cover up fundamental deficiencies and create optical illusions to trick the viewer I think. They are No1 so its obviously working, but personally I'm not enamoured with their samba style and execution one bit.
Svetlana lacks the necessary body flaunt for Samba. Rigid.

Michaela Pavlova. Thank you so much for your kind complement. I am touched and flattered. The love an passion I have for ballroom dance (both styles) I cant put into words. I recall at my first completion coming back after a long absence, my coach that trained me as a kid said to me ' Joe its so good to see you've come back. I replied and said to her, "I haven't come back. I've come home. Ballroom dancing saved my life and I'm here writing this to you because of it. My comments are drawn from over 4 decades involvement in the sport. My step daughter dances so I'm still involved. When I started way back when it was all so very different. I have for the most part liked and applauded the changes in development in styles etc over the decades. But in the last decade or so I just feel the Latin style has gone to hell on a chariot as far as TRUE LATIN DANCING goes. Up until the past decade this couple would not have been given a second look, because what they produce would have been condemned and considered technically deficient, artistically paralysed, musically inept and physically distorted. Now they make them world champion. I just don't see how this can be regarded as good Latin dancing. Ballroom dancers are the most beautiful people and my comments are never meat to attack the person at all. Only the dancing and a large proportion of what is dished up today, to me is a complete dogs breakfast. You take care Michaela and thank you .
@@joetesta3352 I have very humble experience in dancing maybe around 9 years. But for these 9 years and the competitions I have been to I was able to understand that sometimes who gets the first place is decided behind closed doors. My assumption is that Svetlana and her partner have very strong sponsors or something like that.But it is also a fact their dancing has no soul, no surprise.
