This Casper game is the 4th clone.
I remember playing both this and Mr Bean on PS2 (Not bought in the same purchase, like years apart or something). And as soon as I couldn't get past the first levels on both, I had them both sent back for a refund. To say that these were the worst games I played on PS2 would be an understatement of a life time. The entire game in itself is frustrating and weird, but I have a lot of nostalgia for it as I played through it multiple times as a kid. It also came out only 13 months before Battle for Bikini Bottom.

Anyway, SpongeBob Revenge of the Flying Dutchman gets my vote, but avoid the PS2 version as it has issues with later PS2 revisions (i.e. ones released at the time of the game's release) that could crash the game on loading screens (and corrupt your save if you're REALLY unlucky).
Honestly, I'd recommend Van Helsing PS2. I know nothing of the movie it's based on, but apparently the gameplay is store brand Devil May Cry, so that'll be interesting.

Hands down Spongebob revenge of the Flying Dutchman. It’s horrifying as all hell. You’d have a more innocent and friendly time playing Doom Eternal.
