I follow both you guys - I'm really glad you are working together - nice complement to each other. I'm looking foreword to the DHCP section. As far as different ways to bifurcate the different devices. One way is fixed reservations giving said mac a give vLAN based on design architecture. But I was thinking as for wireless - I can set up bifurcation based on SSID and then assigned give AP to said vLAN. What do you think? Thank you both,

I assume your next video will explain DHCP and how we can make fixed reservations for different types of of equipment. i.e. IP cameras, IoT, Streaming, gaming??? 🙂

If you guys could remove me from your hive mind, that would be great. I legit set this up yesterday. Management, my test freeipa domain, Docker and DMZ. Question. What are your thoughts on having a DMZ vs a reverse proxy? I'm trying to set up Postal mail server, and it's not acting properly behind Traefik because part of Postal is a container that goes out to get a cert, but Traefik went and got one, so when I go to set it up, it errors out on the cert. Maybe I can turn tls to off in the config so it doesn't get a cert? Sorry, that was a tangent lol

Will there be a video about setting up vlans on a manged switch also a way to block Internet from cctv vlan but also access it from the Internet.
Why not use Aliases instead of making all those separate rules?
Not sure what Aliases your referring to. I was thinking that there could be groups or something. I will ask Uncle Google about Aliases and OpenSense.
