For now the Portal created by powerpages is not showed in "Apps" but in "website" instead ( in Powerapps), so I can not just add a page and then a chatbot component directly in Portal via Power Apps, it seems the only way is copy chatbot code to the Portal. I really like the "component" way which is mentioned in your Video. Hopefully MS could add chatbot component to Power Pages soon.
