QUESTION, appreicate the vids, idk if this the right one to ask this but I'd like to know what in your experience is the differences between a Process Operator and Production Operator, seems similar but I'm assuming the differences are simply upstream vs downstream work?

Yes the main differences are upstream (oil rig or drilling sites) vs downstream (refinery or chemical plants), job locations (onshore vs offshore), and schedules or shifts. I'm on the downstream side of things and work within a refinery setting.
