@@TheDemouchetsREACT Come to Nigeria 🇳🇬 I bet you will have a wonderful time
Nigeria will return to its former glory by God’s grace
Most people do not know that Mohammed Ali once lived in Nigeria. He lived in the city of Enugu in the southeast. I was a student of the University of Nigeria Nsukka, which had a campus in Enugu. Mohammed Ali lived in a family-owned hotel called the Zodiac hotels located in the serene Independence Layout Enugu. In the early through to the mid eightees, students would flock at the bar at Zodiac, hoping to see him. I was fortunate enough to see him once. He used to come into the country unannounced. Maybe he came on private jets.
World record holder, sprinter Lee Evans, also lived in Nigeria after his retirement. He was a track coach and consultant. He lived in Ibadan in Oyo state. He was running the sports academy founded by the legendary Segun Odegbami, the Green Eagles (Now called Super Eagles) right winger and once captain. Lee Evans was buried in Ibadan
Nigeria is beautiful in a natural way
I am a Ghanaian I ve lived in Nigeria for four years seriously Nigeria was one of the richest country in west Africa with the population over 200 million and compare to Ghana 🇬🇭 only 35 million in population
What was the comparisons for? Sincerely I wish you would explain that to me
No his not comparing his just say Nigeria pass Ghana in everyday

Nigeria 🇳🇬 is a beautiful country. I am from West Africa and I approve this message. Nigerians are family oriented, especially tge fathers, and they host the most extravagant weddings in Africa. We love ❤️ Nigeria. It is cultural intensified. Thanks for connecting to the Mama Africa. Common down we await your RETURN "" YA'LL MAMA CALLING YOU.. KLA BEH NEH '''''
Love my country Nigeria, and it’s beautiful nature
Nigeria have gone through civil war and and still standing, I love Nigeria
They forget the destructive civil war and how we've manage to bounce back. Always our negatives are always projected.
Dude some of the greatest African literature comes from Nigeria. Have you not heard of Chinua Achebe and Wole Shoyinka. Im sure you have heard about Things Fall Apart, Death and the Kings Horseman etc
Lagos isn't the largest city in Nigeria but the most populated city in Nigeria.
Lagos is the largest city in Nigeria, but Lagos State is indeed the smallest state in Nigeria!
@@aframaco9491Ibadan is the largest city in Nigeria by landmass not Lagos. But lagos is the largest by population

There are 36 states including the FCT Abuja making it 37 and all the states are embedded with huge natural resources most especually oil and gas from the South- South part of the country. God bless Nigeria
Y'all are helping to educate people by just showing this video😊
Thanks for this coverage of southern and south eastern Nigeria, usually it's only Lagos and Abuja, a pity owerri was not covered by a new beauty rich estates to discover in the south eastern Nigeria, the capital of Imo state :the heartland state of Nigeria.
Abeokuta,Ogun, :- Meaning Hiding under the rock:- a sanctuary for yorubas fleeing tribal war or aggression from others
Osun state:- state derived from the famous Osun goddess
Oyo state:- from the oyo empire.
Ekiti state: from the Yoruba ekiti people
Ondo state:- from the ondo people,
Lagos state:- named by the Portuguese
All these places were once called Yoruba land. Or Oyo empire
Now it’s called South western Nigeria. SWN
There is so much history here unraveled
Thank you..Abeokuta simply means under the rock..Thanks
Nigeria has alot of great writers. Some have won the nobel price in their art. The likes of Chimamanda Ngozi, Wole Soyinka, Chinua Achebe to mention a few are renowned writers, get to know about. You guys did a reaction video on her Ted talk about "the danger of a single story". She has more good talk videos and interviews you would want to see.
Im impressed that she knew about the Oyo Kingdom.
It's an Empire not a Kingdom. ☺
I will say this ya two is definitely coming to live in Nigeria and I will say it is undeniable.

Many countries in Africa only have one or two cities to develop, while Nigeria have 36 cities to develop, that is why I laugh at some people that are comparing their one city to Lagos lol
In one state you can find 2 or more cities@@hawooh10
Me too dey laugh i say this every time
@@hawooh10 The state capitals.
@@hawooh10 yes, Nigeria have 36 states and each of the 36 states have one capital city, which are kind of beautifully planned and can be compared to most African countries' capital city.
We don't have 36 cities to develop. There are over one hundred cities
The person voicing it is not Nigerian, you can hear it in her voice. On another note, girl your husband fiiiiiine!🙌🏾
Abuja is like Atlanta was 15 years ago. Calabar is a beach coastal city very much like Corpus Christie Texas and the home of the ORIGINAL CARNIVAL!!! A must SEE! Lagos is an art, fashion, film and music mecca, producing 4 grammy winning artists and producers in 2 years, not much information in the video but good drone footage...

Before Calabar carnival was, there was Yaba carnival in Lagos.

Yes, my home state Enugu. Even my five year old daughter observed that Enugu is very clean on her first visit to Nigeria.
Calabar is clean as well.

she pronounced some of the cities and states wrong but overall its a good video.
i always love watching your reactions☺☺
You have to give it to her, a foreigner telling and showcasing our country.
Pronouncation isn't important right here right now, at least we all understood her quite alright. Let's show some love to our brother and sister. Peace ❤️
@@Roestradd I pointed out that the states weren't pronounced correctly because they don't know, and they shouldn't think that is the correct way to pronounce it, and I said its a good video overall

From a proud Nigerian, thank you. The pronunciations in that video were a bit off, though.😅
Welcome!
The pronunciations are like that because a non-nigerian is the one who shot and made the video
It is humbling to see a video from a non-Nigerian produce such goosebumps in me. Thank you so much, there should be more of this instead of the single story of only showing dilapidated areas of Lagos. Nigeria is not Oshodi, even Lagos is not Oshodi. I was born in Lagos and I am always shocked anytime I see photos or videos of Oshodi being broadcast as Lagos.

When ya'll be coming to Africa?
Truth is the video is nice but the girl is definitely not Nigerian,we know ourselves
I know that a lot of Nigerians doesn't know how Abuja really looks like......after reading the comments section i didn't expect it to be this much......she said Abuja and......a video clip of Lagos was presented as a clip of Abuja non of you where condemning it....... Abuja is different from everyother city in Nigeria..... Abuja doesn't have skyscrapers or is it congested and dirty or have outdated building..... Abuja is clean and modern like a world class city with beautiful structures......and planned trees and greenry spaces to relax.....it has a lot of parks couple with its quality of life standards........i know that other African countries only hear Abuja and because of false clip video like this always let them to think Abuja is another Lagos......up till today no one has ever covered a clip of Abuja to show the world how nigeria is...... instead of them doing so they will rather use a clip video from other parts of the country as a clip of abuja......and the idiots people of my country will sit down there and be saying proudly nigeria instead condemning an art that will bring bad image to Abuja.......no wonder you all always hype lagos as thw the top city of nigeria..... rubbish
But everyone is waiting for you to make a recent and clean video of Abuja and post so that we that are not in Abuja can see.
@@udosenjohn8462 if you want I can link you up to someone who does that but all his clip of of Abuja is only like 30 seconds clip or 20 seconds clip video....

A lot of false info from the East African moderator in the cities video on the background…
The most beautiful cities in Nigeria are
1. Abuja
2. Uyo
3.Lagos
4.Port harcourt
4. Calabar
5. Owerri
7. Abakiliki
7. Enugu
8. Ibadan
9. Kaduna
10. Benin
The above is the correct list
Abakaliki before Enugu? Are you a joker?
Where is kano,gombe,bauchi,akure,ogun,jos,
many more
Her categorisation can be accepted by majority of Nigerians. Your own categorisation can only b accepted by a few minority. How can you place Abbakiliki and Uyo above Enugu and Owerri?
For me, Owerri should take the place of Benin city. I had my tertiary education in Benin City for 5 years and i have also travelled to Owerri a couple of times, so i can tell that Owerri is more beautiful than Benin City. But one thing i found out in this clip is that she used several indices to arrive at her conclusion like historical importance of the city, tourist attractions, what the city is known for, strategic location, the reason why investors would want to invest in the city, natural resources and potentials of the city, etc. Overall, she did a good job.
In terms of "Beauty" Benin city shouldn't be on that list, places like Asaba, owerri, are far more beautiful than Benin city
I don't agree with jos been on the list...
Imo state has it for me
Nigerians cities looks like towns
Developing country we ill get there
