Why people believe a younger man will walk off well news flash the same age couple divorce is very high it has nothing to do with age gap or anything else it's about commitment and compatability staying together is a choice ❤️ guys oonuh good God got you both BUT this is valuable info
@@thebonnicks Mrs B I am guilty also I married a younger man lol it's not what people think it's a normal man and woman relationship society is what mess up people's thinking
Statistically, chances of a relationship failing increase the larger the age gap. But you are right, the divorce rates are high for couples of all kinds, lol. My grandma has been married to a man 20 years younger for over 2 decades now. My grandpa in law is the same age as my mom (RIP). They never had kids, she was already a grandma when they met, and they have stuck together like glue. At a certain point you can't let statistics control your entire life, you have to actually go and LIVE
Because it is very rare a younger man will stay with a older woman, especially a black man.i have yet to see any black man stay with a much older woman.i know several women are people who knows someone that married jamaican man and once they're settle they leave.
I am Jamaican this is the second time watching this channel and it is clear that Kemal is a truly honest and respectful young man. I pray God’s blessing on you both. Pray and play together guys.
I am Jamaican met my American boyfriend June 2010, got married 7 months later January 2011. His family told him that I am using him to get a green card. He petition for me March 2011 we waited 2 months to get back our marriage certificate, it took 4 months back then and I got my green card July 2011. Got my citizenship 3 years later in 2014. Family and friends told him that I was gonna leave him because I get what I want. Its October 2022 11 years and we are still together. If our marriage was for a green Card. I would have gone from 2014 when I became a citizen. Yu si how family and people fast.
It was the same thing they said about me and my husband .His daughter told him I only want him for green card and when I get it I will be gone. I’m still here 10 years of marriage with a 9 year old son happy and blessed.
@51janetrose Similar story, too: I'm a Jamaican lady who got married to an American; similar resistance from his mom for the same reason. We got married 2017- 6 years later (7 years together) we are still married, got my citizenship too, and still together.
I'm Older than my wife and she's my light in a dark world, I am originally from the "US Virgin islands" so my situation was different, my wife is from Uganda 🇺🇬 so we are currently going through this process. I can see the synergy between you both, Kemar love your Mannerisms and your vibes, I can see how you bring joy to your lovely wife, I am very happy for both of you, and I am praying nothing but success for you both. Bless up Bonnicks. Love you guys bad bad. Im in an age gap relationship too. You guys are so relatable My Husband filed for me to come to the USA also. When you are someone's soulmate the Lord make things fall in place. Hoping your information assist someone with their process
I just happened to stumble upon your channel and I’m so glad. I’m an American woman and my husband is a younger Jamaican man. We have been married for 1 1/2 years now. USCIS has had our visa application for 10 months. This process is just frustrating and long now due to the Covid backlog. And then it makes it no easier that I cannot be in Jamaica more then 180 days per year. I appreciate all of the info that you guys provide and I am definitely a new subscriber.
I appreciate you both for sharing your story. My husband was born and raised in Jamaica as well and we met as undergraduate college students when he was here in the US on a student visa. While we were getting our Master's degrees we started talking about what we wanted our next steps to be. I have family in Europe, we considered trying to go there or potentially working elsewhere like Asia. Ultimately we decided that getting married was important to establish ourselves as a unit (in our faith and legally), and to continue working in the US for the time being-- though we're open to going elsewhere one day. Despite having almost 10 years under our belt and basically growing up together, my husband is still accused of being a Green Card scammer by some of my loved ones who have the position that they'll never accept him. Kemar especially being someone who worked in tourism in Ja., this is highly stigmatized in my "Jamerican" circles and I don't know anyone who would advise an American to get involved with a tourism industry worker in Ja., there are a lot of stereotypes around this that they are just looking for foreigners who are easy lays and/or easy marks. Even so, Kemar seems like a sweet guy and you two seem calm, happy, and relaxed around each other, so this shows that even though stereotypes may exist for a reason, not all stereotypes apply to everyone in a group. I really wish you two the best and I enjoy watching your videos and supporting the channel. Thanks for sharing more about your lives
Yes and the tourism industry is no secret that they would prey on travelers. We were fortunate but many do get taken advantage of. Happy to hear you have a happy ending as well! Blessings💚💚💚
@@thebonnicks I would really love future videos where you two talk about communication issues that may arise due to cross-cultural differences. This has been the biggest area of growth in my relationship and we went to therapy multiple times to work on our communication, lol. I just find Jamaican style and methods of communication to be so alien from what I'm used to with an American upbringing! But not sure if you all have had that experience
You guys are soo real. Always be grateful and give thanks. Young man, don’t ever change who you are. I can tell your mama raised you well. No matter what people might say, there’s still some real and genuine people left in this world. ❤❤❤❤🇯🇲🇱🇷
I'm sorry, I fell asleep during the video but I think I woke up at the right time! @ 41:40 when Kemar began talking about life being like a boomerang and sowing what you reap, not his words, but that's exactly what karma is, you floored me! Maybe you trick mi, but, I felt your sincerity when you further elaborated that there's no place better to go and you love your wife. Nah lie, you mek mi love u fi dat Kemar! You're a smart and appreciative young man and I've watched several videos without commenting or even liking but, you had me with the latter part of this one so I had to! You both will definitely go places with that mentality towards each other.
Good video, so many of our people "come offa good table" and remain conscious. Unfortunately the good stories are rarely told and so for that I am happy that you have shown that positive side of Jamaicans. I was moved when you said even when she offered groceries and you didn't need it, you made that clear...many persons are surprised but there are so many of us who care and understand. When we are committed to a process, we keep the stress to a minimum... that's love. I am so grateful that TH-cam recommended your channel to me last evening.
I have been watching you two, my husband and I are just like you two. I'm a older woman with younger husband from Jamaica and I am in charlotte also. He is going through the process of nvc for the 2nd time. First time k1-visa but he left to go back to Jamaica in February 2020, his son was sick with what we found out was c-19. We would love to link with you two when he arrive. Until then keep making good content.
I'm so glad I found you guys page about a month ago. I got married back in February. I live in Georgia and I'm originally from virgin Island. My husband is from St Kitts. The process is a little bit longer now. The amount of people that was in my esr though that he just want his papers. I'm glad I didn't listen. We're already 50. We don't got time for that energy
Guys I'm so glad that you made this video. We were getting that bs too. My husband and I love each other sincerely(We dated for 3 years before marriage)It wasn't for a Green card/visa. Filed(spousal visa)Feb. 2021 for my husband and he just got here in the states July of this year!! We're so excited to celebrate our 1st holidays this year together ❤️ Our 2 year Anniversary is in October. Thank you God, we can't be happier.
@@tiyahisrael I was thinking it was a typo since she said their 2 year anniversary was coming up. Hopefully she will respond to your question for clarity.
@@tiyahisrael it must be a typo, or they withdrew their paperwork and then started again. Family visas can have long waiting times, but not 20 years. USCIS publishes waiting time info for different types of visas on their website

You are right when the person filing or sponsoring the spouse it's a faster process!
One thing Kemar gotta make sure he does is contribute. Lol 😂 Katanya I love your husband for you haha. His mother grew him well. Nuff a these young boys wanna live off women but Kemar always talking about how he can provide. It's very commendable!

Congratulations on your marriage, journey and Kenmar citizenship. Your video was informative and well stated. I went through this process when I filed for my husband and step kids so I understood and can identify with everything you've stated and attest it to be true. I'm waiting you two continued success in your marriage and looking forward to watching more videos.
Kemar is a conscious man. I admire his mindset and most of all the love you both share. Thanks for such great nuggets in this video. I learned a lot and keep loving each other. ❤️❤️
Wow. So many things in this video showed the core of you both....wuen Kamar said he didn't want to leave his job and come to America to sit down and depend on you, said so much about who he is. In the ens when he talked about karma and there's no where else to be but with the love of his life and how he was raised, spoke to his character. I really wish the lord will bless you both with forever...i dont usually comment on family channels because how people live is none of my business, but i just had to highlight these two things in this video that spoke to me. All the best to you both.
You guys are respectful, and you can see the sincere in both of you, congratulations and I wish you both long life and happiness for you both,,, age is just a number and there are decent genuine Jamaican people around, stay bless

Let’s see how it goes first. Check back a couple years from now. God knows I don’t wish to be mean. I have seen it all years ago a woman told me her 40 years old lawyer daughter went to Jamaica 🇯🇲 and married a guy. When he got through he came to America but not to her. I felt it for them, but I couldn’t help them. So some people do it for opportunity and not for a real married life.
I am the one who said to stop belaboring the Jamaican point. I must say that I admire the love you both show for each other. Kemar is very mature and with you by his side you're going to go very far. Stick together with God in your life. May God bless you both.

Facts: Human beings migrating is not new. The average marriage in USA is about 7 years. @@shayscott7498 you're 1000% correct on that, there's no urgency whatsoever. Some people just like the idea of wasting something that belongs to someone else. It can be a painful process for the couples because you want to be together in one place but the wait is life-changing
It’s really good that you pointed it out as I have only recently found out during slavery out slave owners separated the Tribe of Judah who are the Black American And The Benjamin the so called Jamaican’s, the reason being Judah are the King Tribe And Benjamin is the Warrior’s. Thank you for watching! Nigeria is considered a high fraud for visas and tough embassy. Make sure you have strong evidence of time spent together and also front load your application. You can still submit evidence while it’s at NVC so that the CO will have it when it gets to the interview stage. Also do a search for the embassy on visajourney.com to prepare for the interview. Real talk boss when u bless god always bless u more
Why people believe a younger man will walk off well news flash the same age couple divorce is very high it has nothing to do with age gap or anything else it's about commitment and compatability staying together is a choice ❤️ guys oonuh good God got you both BUT this is valuable info
That is it Sillarose, it’s not the age but the mindset of people. Perfectly said, commitment, compatibility, and choices. Thank you!!❤️
@@thebonnicks Mrs B I am guilty also I married a younger man lol it's not what people think it's a normal man and woman relationship society is what mess up people's thinking
@@sillaroseedaw6226 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽yes!
❤️❤️
I surely hope so.
That is it!! Blessings❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
It was the same thing they said about me and my husband .His daughter told him I only want him for green card and when I get it I will be gone. I’m still here 10 years of marriage with a 9 year old son happy and blessed.
That happens all around the world. Even here in England.. if you love your spouse it can work.
You’re one of the good ones.

Yes def understand your frustration. It’s taking way longer now. Blessings❤️
Just hold on to your faith. Read and double read the forms or that will also hold you back. All the Best to you.
Maybe the marriage is being questioned@@thebonnicks
First time watching I'm also a Jamaican and I can tell he genuinely love her,he's one of the good guy we have left...All the best to you Bonnicks🤗👍

That’s exactly what we wanted to share. There are some bad stories, true but also some good☺️
I have been watching you two, my husband and I are just like you two.
Yup that’s the downfall of K1. Blessings💚🖤
Sometimes they don’t stay, but I hope this one works out.

A lot of people will subscribe to ur channel because of ur jamaican accent. it is the real reason I subscribed.
I just came across your channel. I really enjoying hearing about your journey together age gap or not. Some persons are opportunistic and I respect Kemar for standing by his beautiful wife. Behind every successful man is a real bonify woman to hold you down. Enjoy the ride. No marriage is perfect. Remember to forgive each other often and don’t go to bed mad. Have a blessed marriage!!! One love ❤

Hello, I seen this video on my feed and had to watch it. I am going through the visa process now with my Nigerian fiancé, and get asked a lot of questions about it. I just started a TH-cam and will be documenting the steps of the process. I enjoyed this video and will be subscribing.
Blessings on your union!❤️❤️❤️
HEY THE BONNICK I JUST STUMBLE UP ON YOU GUYS I WAS LISTENING AND TEARS COME TO MY EYES ESPECIALLY WHEN KEMAR TALKS BEFORE YOU BOTH RAPPS UP HE'S A GENUINE HUSBAND KEEP LOVING EACH OTHER RESPECT AND PUT GOD FIRST LOVE COMES IN ALL SHAPE AND FORMS BLESSINGS TO YOU BOTH LOVE ❤

Tonya I like how you help karma out when he try’s to say something right or explain what he is saying. I see sometimes he might now understand or know what to say. But like a sweet loving wife you are. You step up for him and help him out. This how relationships suppose to be. When one,s weak the other one is strong. Y’all have a good balance. Live it girllll. It is what it is ,time will tell
