The questions in Ginpachi Sensei segments are real. Sorachi Sensei has a small QnA section in every manga volume, most of the questions are coming from that segment.
Yeah I just figure it out after reading the real manga. Sorachi's talked a lot about his directors, so anime watcher might not get the joke when they show up
