its because you havent made a title for the studio. you can do that on the playfab website

I finally found out how to fix this so when your in the dashboard you got to create a new studio (Just put the studio name as your game name) and then if your on unity close the tab and then re-open your project and then select your new studio then done

it says Can't add script component 'Playfablogin (4)' because the script class cannot be found. Make sure that there are no compile errors and that the file name and class name match.
