This makeup is perfect for every occasion! You can always throw on a lipcolor if you want to take it up a notch. Violette is the best thing going in makeup - a TRUE artist! 💋

For those people who are new to Violette, she always love to use her finger and most of top MUA agree on this terms. They said they just love their ways. And about the camera and music, it is super aesthetic for me. Looks like what Estee Lauder would do. And for the subtle look, that is exactly why me and the rest are watching her makeup tutorial, we just love her simplicity and her philosophy.
How nice when your skin is clear and all you have to do is dab a little here and there. I'd like to see how she would deal with my breakouts.

Gaetano Dragonetti they always do that. Find the most beautiful models with gorgeous skin and perfect brows and then “dab some foundation and illuminator on”. Not hating on the models, good for them but it would be nice to see some diversity since most of us don’t have spotless skin 🙄
and then there are those beauty gurus who uses 1 full kilo of make up with brushes and stuff and end up with a clown face...😂.. Loved it so much, mind blowing talent 😍😍😍

This is what makeup should be. Low maintenance and enhancing. I've gotten so wrapped up in the TH-cam beauty guru cake face and buying products that I don't understand or care to use. I've recently discovered tutorials like these and it seems so much easier *sigh*
Very lovely video. A quick question - the Brash Bronze in the eye shadow seems to discontinued, or at least not available on the official Australian Estee Lauder website. What would be a similar colour in the eye shadows available? Would either of Amber Intrigue or Decadent Copper provide a similar effect?

Yes! She used the same one twice. The first time she used it dry and second time she went it with a wet sponge brush thing (i forgot what they were called!!)

StrawberryNinja Nibbles it is. It’s also pretty bad if you have oily skin because the lipstick will slide off in an hour. I feel like they all do that trick because it seems effortless and chic but in fact it’s not practical at all
Marta Knežević I checked the ingredients of RMS Beauty’s popular “Lip2Cheek” and surprisingly, there are a lot of oils and waxes...really not all that different from lipstick, except the pigments are mineral-based. Bottom line: Neither would be good for oily skin. 👍🏻😘

It's Godard-inspired filming, giving it a "realness" versus too perfect and polished.
It seemed like her skin had foundation all ready on. This was great but not realistic to real women without botox and spots on their face.

Loved the make up look! Not so much the model. Skin was too perfect and her personality through me off a bit, not very empathic... Violette is SO nice and so talented but the model didn’t bring her justice. Thanks for the video still, Violette has made me fall in love with Estée Lauder again!
Can you please do more make up with monolids girls, I feel like it’s difficult to do “natural” looking make up with Asian face, because all the eyeliners or eyeshadows get fold into the monolids and not showing up, like I feel that the only way to make eye makeup shows is to have really heavy thick eye make up with monolids

British model needed lip gloss.
Her technique is ok for a daily use if you're in a rush, for work if you need something fast, for a teenager that doesn't need too much makeup, but if you need to look good for a wedding, or an important event, that doesn't work for me. I like to look my best, like I spent time to look radiant, she doesn't even use brushes. The idea is nice and I appreciate her effort but I don't think that works for everyone.

Sorry, but this video made me cringe so much. Reusing the dirty wipe, pouring water from a drinking glass into eyeshadow, rubbing lipstick on your face, using mascara from the tube. How about use some tools, and more professional, sanitary techniques. I am left to hope that they were all new products that the artist casually pulled out from her handbag to put on a client's face.
