You can get apples in red or yellow or green but most of the ones I see are red (presumably because it’s more iconic and marketable). Never blue though, which is why there are only three traffic light colours in any officially-sanctioned model, although we’ve had a rash of juvenile delinquents building traffic lights with a fourth blue signal and putting them up in the dead of night in order to cause motorists to get depressed about how society has changed and start driving into people
