I knew a few people back in the 80s that owned Renualt cars. Just small gas efficiency compact cars

November 1983 in the Bay Area...
The late Dave "Mac" MacElhatton and Wendy Tokuda anchored KPIX's 11pm "Eyewitness News Nightcast."
San Francisco radio legend and KSFO morning man Don Sherwood had just passed away earlier in the month. KSFO suspended all programming and commercials for two days while listeners all over the Bay Area called in, crying on the air (literally) and reminiscing about their beloved "Donnie Babe."
And speaking of KSFO, Gene Autry's Golden West Broadcasters had sold "The World's Greatest Radio Station" to King Broadcasting, owners of KYA AM & FM who had, in turn, sold KYA-AM to Bonneville, who turned it into KOIT-AM. The ownership change took effect 12:01 am on December 13, 1983.

That Goldfish crackers ad had to date back to sometime before 1978. The V/O in that ad was the late Parker Fennelly, as the original "Titus Moody".

I was not aware of Parker Fennelly or the character Titus Moody. That's some good background info, thanks for the comment!

To the OP: You should mention KPIX in the description. To only say CBS is inaccurate.
