- A crossing of the English Channel from Calais, France to Dover, England, aboard P&O's MS Spirit of Britain, in September 2023.
The ship entered service in 2011, alongside her running mate, Spirit of France which followed a year later. They have 49,000 gross tons, and a capacity for more than 1,000 cars and 180 HGVs, and they are the largest cross-Channel ferries currently operating. With a top speed of 22 knots, the crossing of the English Channel takes around 90 minutes, although there can be considerable delays getting through passport control and customs in busy times. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
The beauty of Dover's white rocks...
I cry every time because it feels like I am coming home.
Even if I at the moment reside in Sweden.
I miss Dover even if I have never been there in this lifetime.
The UK is a beautiful country. Greetings from your neighbours in Denmark
@@danishcommander4dk, greetings back to you.
I crossed by night and couldn't see the beutiful views
😂😂😂😂
hello, you need to have status or a visa if you want to go to Great Britain
Hi are going to pasaport control first or ferry ticket first please
First desk is check-in. Then you go through the French police kiosk. Then final one is British border control and customs. You'll likely be asked for passports at all three.
@@DriveCamUK thank you
@@DriveCamUK did you show car registration papers at any point?
@@beatrix2583 No, but it's possible they could ask for documentation. You are meant to carry your v5c registration document with you.
