This might have been the (visually) darkest, (sonically) noisiest and (ambiently) uneventful walk I've ever watched, yet somehow I liked every minute of it. Thanks for the video!
A pretty thrilling walk 😅 under cover of darkness - what sounds of nature, soo loud 🐸🐸🐸🦗 !! Liked the park🌹, water reflections in the rice fields, stars in the sky, (and your new trick in the playground 🙃❤!)
I love your Saitama videos, specially the ones at night. they are super nostalgic for a place I used to go as a child, but weirdly I went back there last month and it wasn't at all nostalgic like these videos lol
You spread a lot of joy and comfort to so many. You are loved and appreciated all ovet the world and especially by an old man in Australia. So grateful.🦘🦘🦘🦘❤️❤️🇦🇺🇦🇺🐨🐨🐨
This video is both out there and up there (with the best). What a great idea! Your mic is good enough for this video soundtrack to qualify as field recording. And I LOVE FROGS!!!
Спасибо за блуждание по ночному городу! Местами было немного страшно! Темень кругом... Но мы в безопасности, только Rambalakу страшно, одному, там, с лягушками....
I needed help with this one, so Thanks to the person who located the bus stop. The Soyokaze Dental Clinic signage really threw me off. Ram starts out on Highway 12 and immediately makes his way north. Eventually, he passes under the toll road and goes westward to the Heisei no Mori Kawashima Hospital. I was way off here, I thought he was at the Saitama Citizens' Medical Centre. The rose walk he was so determined to find is, of course at Kawajima Heisei no Mori Park just behind the hospital on the west side. I don't remember how he did it, but he managed to get back to the Arakawa River, and stumbled back to Highway 12 for the night bus.
@@oisoyboy Rambalac seems to gravitate toward it. I wonder if it has special meaning to Rambo. Or maybe it just happens to always be there in a Saitama, Hinohara or Hachioji video.
0:28 Only some seconds in and I can absolutely see that woman turning around and having no face... it is one of those nights... thank you for this delightfully eerie video ❤
Hello boy Ram, if it's not inconvenient for you, can you please produce more incredible videos like this, walking and exploring the night in complete darkness, with a flashlight of course😊 It's very relaxing and peaceful
It would be fun if you and John Daub of Only in Japan each filmed a path-crossing video where you wave to his camera as you walk by, and he waves back in your video. So many of us watch both channels about Japan. I sent this same message to John.
It is the time of rice planting, and the frogs are chirping from the flooded rice fields. You were lucky not to fall into the irrigation canal in the dark. The neighborhood kids enjoy fishing there for tanago(bitterling). At the end of the walk, Ponpoko-ya, located by the Arakawa Cycling Road, serves a very tasty dish of udon noodles with cold soup called "suttate," a specialty of Kawajima-machi.
Nossa achei assustador mas gostei! Fico feliz que nāo seja perigoso. Um lado do Japāo que nāo conhecia. Quanto ao Hospital, você passou no fundo dele??
I visited an organic farmer who lived in azumino and stayed for a few days. You wouldn't believe how loud the frogs were when they were shagging in the evening. lmao
Why not offer free informal "seminars" to aspiring young women who desire to improve their videographer skills? Take them out on short treks and show/explain to them your methods. Afterwards, critique their work and treat them to udon noodles and sake! Alternatively, with your skill set, you could offer coding instruction to female students who are trying to break into the male dominated IT job sector! Two different paths leading to meeting like-minded women! 😉
Ram has nightvision! New power unlocked.
😃Gonna hear some frogs 🐸 👏👏👍

I always wonder how you find these places😊. I loved the park, and the frogs and darkness. This was more of a walk on the fringe. Thanks!

Thank you so much for sharing this Ram! I love these semi-remote areas of Saitama. Makes me remember my old haunts in Kawaguchi/Warabi.
hello rambalac-san thank you for the new video, really loved it.
have you ever made a walk video in Ashikaga Flower Park?

The mighty Arakawa. My favorite river in Japan. (Well I lived next to it for years haha.)

You don't get anything like this in the UK... Wouldn't even consider doing a night walk!
Keep up the great videos. ☺️
thank you

was it a sequel to The Birds?

Those frogs can get *really* loud... I hope Rambalacs hearing is still intact.. 😝
Frogs or cicadas, hadn't thought of that..
May 4th 8:10 PM*
For the night is dark and full of frogs.
The only reason you didnt get isekai'd was because you were recording. Be careful out there! Truck-kun be lurkin
I can hang out outside all by myself in Japan all night long without fearing anything at all unlike here in American
Tokyo at 1:00 AM is safer than South Central LA at 12:00 pm.
Frogs compared to the sound of the JR commuter system. I'll take the frogs over the endless clackity of of the commuter train.
Frogs...in the dark...stalking their prey...
rb 4 ever ✌
There will be frogs at the function.
