at 2:29:39, why would there be a "buyer" at the time of a seller just listing the property using escrow contract? How would even a seller know about the buyer address beforehand?

Thanks man! I have learned a lot of theory and concepts within blockchain but did not have the skills coding. I have done a few of the tutorials on some of the chains. This will help me with my golas.
finally done with remix and now i have a basic idea of smart contracts. How to apply them to websites still dont know. Gonna try tomorrow to complete my first project

In the willow app, I did a mistake in deploy.js with incorrect file names(.png instead of .json). Since then, I have fixed it, restarted the local blockchain and deployed the smart contracts again. My react app is still picking up .png no matter what i do. I am not sure where its being cached. I have cleared the browser cache and all
Great! content but I am a bit confuse with logic of listing function. why the buyer is pass to the listing. I thought listing happens when the seller wants to make their NFT available for sale. So passing the address of the buyer doesn't make sense.
At 1:45:52 How come when I enter subl in terminal It does not transfer into sublime text editor? I've been looking on multiple sites and tutorials and nothing gives a clear example. It reads command not found (edit) I used AI to figure out how to transfer it. Now I'm running into a problem with hardhat. I'll see if AI can help me with this problem.
Do I need a firm understanding of JavaScript before learning this? Can I become a blockchain master without knowing JavaScript. I have a firm grasp of HTML and CSS.
Awesome , amazing i am completely blown away by the amount of contents you put out here, you definitely have a new sub in me, Thank you so much for adding value. love you😀♥
In real estate project. Why need to pass _buyer when listing NFT? Why transfer all Escrow contract balance to NFT seller? Why only one seller of Escrow contract?

Greg dealt with this in a video. You do not need to stress out your head about all these other languages because they will not give you the bigger picture of how to create blockchain apps yet. What they will do is for your front end. So go on to start learning solidity right away...and as you progress in your career, you go back to learn Javascript, etc., otherwise you will soon develop paralysis analysis. I am right learning solidity...and this is my first programming language. I tried my hands learning python, but when I saw the steep learning curve wouldn't take me anywhere close to blockchain as soon as I wanted, I had to do a rethink and stop the course to find a blockchain course to dip my feet fast.
