Yaaaay love these videos! I’d be curious to know a bit more about how you feel (both physically and mentally) after your gym break, and if you feel like you’ve “lost” a lot of progress (as in you can’t lift the same weights etc), that’s something that kind of scares me a bit? Obviously only share if you feel comfortable talking about it!

Emma Honey, what I enjoy most is seeing when you're happy and enjoying your life. I love watching you tackling this new venture and the Arms is so supportive. Have fun and take time for you. I can't wait to see you in the U.S. When my daughter and I seen the Arkansas neon sign in the hotel you were in that time, we thought you were in our state. For regulating/controlling your period if you’re not on the pill you can get prescribed Norethisterone to delay your period a few days if you know when you’re due to be on. I used to use it for Duke of Edinburgh camping and festivals; was a lifesaver!

I have to send parcels out too, not as many as this 😅 BUT I’ve started using the Royal Mail collection service, so you pay online, and when they deliver post in your neighbourhood, they collect from your home and bring the sticky labels with them! Game changer.
