I think when people say trucking isn’t the same. They mean OTR, local construction dump trucks hell yes there’s money

As a owner of trucks and doing this for over 47 years, it definitely isnt the same. When your on the business end footing all the expenses you find out on the bottom line how much it isnt the same. Appreciate you doing videos like this to hopefully get a young person to do the right thing and head down the right path in life like the way you get out and check the box to make sure no material is still stuck. Only advice is you may want to get out of the habit of driving off road with the box still in the air as its a potential roll over not to mention its hard on the pivot pins and guide plates as the body settles down on the frame i know people do this alot but thats the difference between a driver and a operator other than that great job all around.

I'm moving to SC and starting up in dump trucking and potable/pool water.
Hvac is definitely not the same as it was years ago and I'm tired of working all hours and crawling in 100 plus degree attics. Good video. Thanks.

Just happened to come across your videos in the recommended videos that TH-cam shows you. That’s awesome bro that you’re helping out your mom and brothers and sisters. That’s big dog sh!t right there. There’s a lot of money to be made in trucking. I started out doing gravel and stuff just like yourself and did that for 10 years and then decided to go over the road. I was making decent money driving local doing end dump work but once my dad told me how much he was making being an OTR driver, I jumped ship right away lol. From making $1200-$1500 a week to now making $2500-$3000 a week. There’s money to be made for sure. Just got to be willing to give up a lot and sacrifice to make that money

@@MTEIsrael keep your license clean and try to avoid them tickets in your personal vehicle and stay with your company for a couple of years to get that experience under your belt and you will have it made in the shade bro. With your hustle and positive way at looking at things for sure you will be making the big bucks real soon. But the most important thing is that you’re being a good son and older sibling and showing them that it’s important to take care of family. You may not realize it but you’re actually being a dam good role model for your younger brothers and sisters. And I’m 100% sure your mom is very proud. Keep trucking big dog and I’ll subscribe to your channel.
