Sewage, drains, and the sewage-menagerie are an acquired taste. Few can handle the truth of corn and fat and wipes and the occasional red onion or green pea. I remember unclogging sewers with my dad when I was a little kid. We would remove remote controls, marbles, pantyhose, and plenty of unmentionable items from the pipes. I’m no stranger to the sewer rain.
The fact those floorboards are screwed rather than nailed, and very clearly cut to provide access, suggests this isn't the first time this has happened!

Don't pour grease down the drain! Don't try putting down the toilet either . Scrape it into a coffee can and when filled cover it with the the lid and dispose of it in the regular trash properly.
Imagine you're having an afternoon nap and you wake up to find Ollie crawling across your bed to go climb out on a tin roof to try to fix your crappy plumbing! That would be a shocker.
Great detective work finding all those drains. A little hint for those square (Robinson) screws, keep an elastic wide band in your tool box. Just cover the square and the driver works without any slippage. Great work as always!
Biggest Congratulations on over 500,000 subscribers! Two milestones back to back with next episode being 600! Keep the laughter coming with the crew! Good job Ollie, Ratty, Croc, and Magpie! 🥳

@@chris76-01 No it isnt. There are building codes and regulations for everything. Houses these days in Aus are built on concrete slabs but older houses were built on stumps.

Great news on 500,000 Ollie. Its deserved. Bad news about this job. Floor demo, block survey, roof top yard inspections, will it get better?? We know it will, Ollie is rarely defeated. Hes a can do guy!
What a disaster! All I could think of, was what if there was a fire in the back and the fire crew did not have access? The place would burn down before they could get to it with that rabbit warren of a lay out. But as always, Ollie, Ratty & Croc came to the rescue to locate the drain blockage to clear it & find the break in the line. All that grease...got to wonder what these people are eating. And no corn!

I spent 8 days cleaning grease out of and rebuilding my main sewer under my house, and now it s better than before any issues and still not 100% (bubbling sounds) but man it runs so mucb smoother than before. My last day; I was replacing my main two 3" lines where they meet at a T, go down to gound level then 90° to run along grond to cleanout valve and then septic, man, I made it a gentle slope to ground and then had one line cone into the line at an offset location in the main run instead of a T, but on last minutes my 4 year accidentally flushed it on my, man I got it good, but I out her all back together very quickly once drenched in peepee water. But a nice shower with a working sewer was my reward!!
AH HA! here in the US jetting is a little less common than eels and chain snakes, at least in my area due to Orangeburg pipe. Nicely done with a combination of tools. Cheers from the Idaho Plumber!
What I have seen in his videos, the most common thing in sewer piping is roots. If you put eel in there it gets stuck. In one Ollies video he found one eel stuck in the pipe. The previous plumber just left it there. And fled the scene.
@@johnchaos78 sure, we have a high number of root intrusions through Orangeburg piping but a jetter will often times tear up the pipe. A large cable isn't much better but seems to be a moderately safer alternative

Sydneys code of conduct for plumbers:
1) Attempt to fix
2) ???
3) Call Ollie
Basically, any time Ollie gets called to the job by another plumber, it's a disaster.
4) check your spelling of Plumbers 😂😂
Oh man, I just can't help thinking where these gloves had been while he crawled over the bed XD
