You know I normally am not super in love with Genesis sound chips for Mega Man tracks. I mean some work well but this one by FAR is the best one I have ever heard. Already a fan of Pirate Man’s composition and the OG sound already but this is great! Gotta have this one on my playlist somehow! Good stuff! ;)

To this day I still find it weird that Pirate Man is weak to a fire weapon that can somewhat damage him while underwater

To be fair, Pirate Man is MM&B's answer to Bomb Man/Blast Man from Mega Man1/11 - the logic of lighting the fuse of a bomb/artillery. Also the Wave Burner being a heated bubble jet probably affects Pirate Man's attacks negatively underwater.

The Wave Burner works underwater, it turns into steam. The hot steam and the pressure probably hurt Pirate Man.
