Mailmen/mailwomen is working hard in these times.
as long as my package can be tracked I tend not to sweat it, it will come when it will come. i had to order overnight recently though. came when the guys said it would but it was a pain keeping an eye out for it.
My mail lady certainly deserves it. She's terrible at delivering packages, even before the Coronavirus began, and it's usually her that causes issues, like delivering mail to the wrong box and not correcting it, falsely scanning packages as delivered when they're not, and so much more.
I can certainly relate to the hell the ticket desk attendants go through when flights are cancelled. I work at the hotel right across the street, where 90% of the distressed passengers go for their layover. Generally, they still have 90-100% of their anger and less than 50% of any patience that they had at the airport.
I had friends who worked as gate agents and they tell some interesting stories. I remember he stopped working afterwards. But, people do lose temper so quickly nowadays and flip out. All I can say is that I'm really impressed how those gate agents, ticket agents and even hotel agents handle this kind of stuff so well. I should go and have bit of training how to deal with those situations.
@@jaeholee8304 Ticket, Hotel and Gate agents aren't the only ones that catch hell. Ramp agents and Flight Attendants catch it somehow as well. I've been told off a few times by some passengers for merely asking them if they'd like to have their bags pink-tagged (Delta Airlines tag for a gate-checked bag), and placed in the hold, most are perfectly fine with it, and will just put the tag on the bag, hand it to us, and board the plane. But there were a few that just... well... to say they were rude would be an understatement. It's my job to ask the question, and I'm effectively taking responsibility (well, the airline is, but I like to think it's my ass if something goes wrong) for that bag if it something should happen to it. Some people were so bad, they immediately filed a complaint with the airline for me just doing the job I'm paid to do. Heck, security gets some of this too. TSA can't help what the flight schedules are, and when every airline in the terminal has planes pushing within an hour from first plane to last plane, they can only handle so many people at once. It's a crying shame how bad these people get treated, and having worked in all of these fields at my airport... it really does give perspective. My final thoughts.... at T-24hrs, check the predicted weather for the time of departure, if rough weather is ahead, and you're worried, contact the airline and see if you can be moved to another flight that won't have to worry about the weather. At T-12hrs to the flight, check your checked bags to make sure they're under the weight limits (50lbs), and that they close easily. At T-4hrs, load up your carry-on(s), and make sure that any electronics are easily reached and removable (this will help with Security). At T-3hrs, head to the airport to check in. If the agent tells you to wait, which they most likely won't, just head over to a lounge area and wait until the time they specify. If people follow these easy tips, air travel should be a breeze, and stress free.

I also feel sorry for the check in/customer service staff, because if your the only one on the desk and you've got 100 to 200 customers coming towards you. The staff of these airlines are literally the face of those airlines because they're the ones working hard, the only airline staff I don't feel sorry for is the check in staff who shut down conversations, ignore, are rude or say things like "Its company policy....." but I completely support airline staff who have a heart and feel abandoned by the companies they're working for. Another thing I would say is that if it snows and you turn up at the airport expect delays, Check in staff can't control the weather. This will be unrekated to the video but when I had my first covid jab I cried because I have a fear of needles, I've never liked them. But the nurse gave me my jab she looked after me, even held my hand as I was given the needle. I couldn't thank her enough, soo much soo I bought her a bunch of flowers and went back to the covid vaccination center to give them to her. Little things like that can help and I want to thank the NHS in the UK.
I work as the Assistant Supervisor of Ground Support & Services at my state's international airport so I totally feel the pain that every airport staff went through. Poor deer lady.
This... is such a mood. Both as a passenger and as a former airport employee. We're trying our best, even when delays happen. "We understand you have places to go. Please be patient and we'll get you on your way. Thank you." The number of times I've had to say this over the PA... But still a fantastic animation.
This video leaves us in a lot to think about, because in life there will be someone who is by our side to help us in the hardest moments of our lives 🥲🥰.
Loved this, I would be the dog giving the coffee to the deer. There’s no point in being mean to others who have no control over things. Plus you get what you give, as shown when the flight went from canceled to now boarding after the act of kindness.
Issues we all face in some form or another. That feeling of being mobbed or overworked. The taking out of things on people who have nothing to deal with larger on going issues. In the end being able to show some form of kindness or compassion helps. In situations like these it often helps to have someone trying to ease tensions.

You always do such lovely animations Jib. This one was particularly heartwarming. Happy Christmas hope you have a wonderful festive season 😊👍
This is nice to present that sometimes giving someone a little hope can brighten up their day when chaos has been flying around...✨😊
As someone who was a shuttle driver yes, this is pretty accurate.
LMAO get me on flight e621!
Great video tho man really gave me the feels
Everyone is talking about the Flight, but did ya catch the OwO gate at 0:07 XP. Really good and sweet animation Jib
This was so nice, we sure do need more of it, we're only human..
And in just 2 minutes my mind and heart feels a little lighter. :)
Sweet animation Jib Kodi!
I work as the Assistant Supervisor of Ground Support & Services at my state's international airport so I totally feel the pain that every airport staff went through. Poor deer lady.
The first time I get in an airplane is gonna be when I'm going to Owoland uwu
I ... DON'T cry! You are!!!! This is such thoughtful gorgeous animation. HAPPY HOWLY DAYS to you and everyone who reads this.
1:06 "Flight E621"
Thank you for helping us make it through the last bits of 2020. It WILL get better.
Weird times we are living in these days.
Yeah strange time indeed
My heart is melting. Its beautiful.
Jib, you are a genius
1:06 *I caught that*
Awesome, like all your creations
Not a furry but you look like you can work for disney one day
This... is such a mood.
Sweet and Heartwarming
Loved this, I would be the dog giving the coffee to the deer. There’s no point in being mean to others who have no control over things. Plus you get what you give, as shown when the flight went from canceled to now boarding after the act of kindness.
Issues we all face in some form or another. That feeling of being mobbed or overworked. The taking out of things on people who have nothing to deal with larger on going issues. In the end being able to show some form of kindness or compassion helps. In situations like these it often helps to have someone trying to ease tensions.
Hamsterdam? Aarfington? Mosscow or should it be Mooscow? Such details, great animation funny , sad and true, thank you Jib👍
Im in love with the profile, S14?
